The food, service and ambience were amazing. I would 1000% come back. Ramo was the best server! Here's a list of what we ordered! - [x] 13 Black pepper tuna tataki 6/10 a little too peppery. Great sauce. - [x] 36 stuffed jalapeños (10/10 wow) - [x] 37 avocado bomb (9/10) big potion of avocado - [x] 33 mussel dynamite (7/10 a little fishy. Great sauce) - [x] 114 salmon 10/10 taste. - [x] 113 Tuna 9.5/10 great!! - [x] 115 White tuna (20/10!!!!!!!)- [x] 116 Snapper (15/10!!!) - [x] 126 sashimi yellowtail (20/10!!!)- [x] 122 sashimi flying fish roe (I hate it. Crunchy and fishy) 4/10- [x] 119 mackerel (fishy af) 3/10 - [x] 147 spicy tuna (crunchy but tuna is blended and not flavorful) 5/10- [x] 125 albacore sashimi good. 8/10- [x] 129 Surf clam (it's a red piece) 7/10 Vanilla and chocolate ice cream were super great!

This is my new favorite place. I cannot explain with words how delicious everything is. And if you order ice cream, a cute robot will take it to your table. This is a must try. Also very laid back and related atmosphere. The staff is very very nice.Can't wait to come again.

Food: everything I ordered was actually pretty good! Quality of taste was great. Not dry, not cold, perfect, and full of flavor.Service: superb all of the wait staff were fast and super attentive. As soon as we put in the order it's like they knew! It came right around the corner! Ambiance: place is super nice, roomy, nice lightly lovely place. Will definitely return!

I really enjoyed this self-paced buffet. The hubbs and I indulged in the weekend buffet (which includes everything on the menu). It's pricey, but worth it if you arrive hangry. We had not eaten since lunch time the day before, so our tummies could try a variety of items. The raw items to the steamed to the fully cooked/fried items were delicious. I love that you submit an order (5 items per order) to your waiter and then your food is prepared fresh. This concept is perfect for buffets. I'm sure it helps keep food waste to a minimum. The menu is extensive and you are able to just order a regular plate of food, if you don't want to indulge in the sit down buffet. Everyone will find something yummy to eat from this menu. I even loved my green tea ice cream I had for dessert. Wait staff is very friendly and attentive. The booths are warm and inviting. This is one of the nicest restaurants in this area.

I am loving this concept of a buffet but not a typical buffet. You pick items off the menu and they bring them to you, just a smaller portion. So you can try anything you want!! Just one price, don't leave anything behind because you might get charged a little extra. The service is really good, food tastes amazing, and I even saw a robot delivering ice cream to tables. Yes! You read correctly- a freaking Robot! The decor is very fitting for this restaurant. It is a little on the noisy side but it is ok. We will be back!!!

The restaurant is nice, very relaxed atmosphere. The service was great, we had Alex(such a great person). The food was a hit and miss. Very pricey

I wasn't a fan of the Japan House in NRH so I wasn't particularly thrilled when this one opened up in Lake Worth. But alas, I found myself here for dinner at the request of my friend who wanted to try it out for the first time. We arrived for dinner on a Thursday around 5:30 pm and there was already a nice size crowd but was seated right away. By the time we left though, a little before 7:00 pm, there were plenty of people waiting for a table. It's a very nicely decorated restaurant inside. Beautiful wooden accents with cozy booths as well as large tables for bigger parties. Price is on par with other AYCE sushi spots for lunch and dinner. Obviously, the dinner menu has more premium items. Service was pretty good at first but as it became more busy we saw less of our server to the point where we felt forgotten. The manager came by and asked how we enjoyed our meal which was very nice and appreciated. As for the food, we tried a lot of different items between the two of us. There were hits and misses. This location uses Pringle's chips for their fish tacos as well. I don't know why this infuriates me but it does. I enjoyed the Japanese short ribs which are always my favorite. Other items we enjoyed were the karaage, lovely roll, fried oysters, and crispy calamari. Fried rice was salty, the crispy rice was hard to bite into, spring rolls were mushy inside, and the miso soup was not hot. Happy to report they have ice cream flavors other than just chocolate and vanilla at this location. Bonus points for having green tea ice cream. Drinks are not included btw. Lunch is $21.99 which is not bad for perhaps an office birthday lunch. Lots of variety from cold and hot appetizers, sushi, ramen, and fried rice and noodles to choose from. Dinner I believe was $32.99. Fountain drinks with unlimited refills are $3.50. I still prefer my fave AYCE sushi spot in Bedford but I would come back here.

Let be preface this by saying I know it was thanksgiving eve, probably short staff and still working out new restaurant however was disappointed in our first experience. Benefits: great pricing and lots of optionsOur experience was a little disappointing - we order appetizers and a few rolls to start off, appetizers came and one sushi item. Waiter came back to ask if we wanted to order more and we told him we still hadn't received first round of order. He apologized went to look. It appeared the young man who was running plates didn't know table numbers (especially when we heard him question Table D#B# something along that line) and server came back again to which we advised still hadn't gotten stuff but will order more in the mean time. It seemed to take a really long time to get food I believe due to holiday eve, new employees potentially not knowing tables and sections and numbers tables based off a machine (which we saw come by a few times) While it wasn't great in terms of wait time- We will go back and try and give another chance.

I am glad that a really good Japanese restaurant is now here in the West Fort Worth area. I went to NRH, but will now be coming here. The servers were nice, attentive and I received great service and quick refills on soft drinks.You order off a menu and up to five items at a time. The items (various rolls, sushi, or cooked items) are made fresh to order. The prices are very reasonable and I cannot say how happy I am to have a cool Japanese AYCE place so close to the college and can go after work. I know that many west coast ex-patriots who may be looking for tasty Japanese cuisine will benefit in coming here. it was our first time at the Japanese House in Ft worth and we did the AYCE menu, that cost $33.00 , we thought it was a fair price considering it was all you can eat. food came out fairly quickly it not just by one server, who by the way were all pleasant; ordering food again when finished with the multiple menu items were also taken in a timely manner. food was great, and we were able to try new food items we never had eaten before. Everything was fast paced around us but servers were efficient and it was a fun experience, especially when you get a robot to come to your table to serve you your dessert! (ice cream)come try this place out and bring your appetite, you won't regret it!
