Pretty good Jerk Chicken with rice and peas and Steamed veggies. I was the first person before the dinner rush and for a simple order, it seemed like other orders flew out way faster than me, waiting over 25 mins. For the Price of a small plate $12, it was a pretty decent plate. 3 pieces of chicken. soft and easy to eat. Not exactly smoky for me, gravy was on the tart/tomato side of flavor with a semi decent kick to it. The gravy goes well with the veggies and rice! Rice was cooked nicely. I personally would not go back, considering its equal distance to other places I like more. But its a good option for the area.

Good food and I love how they have several options where you can try multiple things. It was busy so I placed an online order for takeout. I would definitely like to go dine-in.

The jerk chicken plate is really delicious but its on the spicier side-definitely get the cabbage as it helps with the spiciness. I love that the serving is pretty big and filling. I put in my order online and they hadn't noticed it and hadn't started yet after 20 minutes it took me to drive there. I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes which is why I didn't give it the additional star. The food itself is great and everyone should give a try at least once.

Came here on a weekday for lunch with a friend who is Jamaican. We both got the special and oh boy, you get a over the top full container! We definitely had to take home. I got the jerk chicken and the curry chicken, both very flavorful. The jerk chicken had a lovely kick to it and deep flavor. I also loved the rice and the side of spinach I got. I could have eaten that rice alone, it was so savory. I also wanted to try the veggie patty and it did not disappoint. It was more blonde than the beef patty but had a good amount of filling and flavor. My friend also had the stewed chicken, which she said was really good. I'll have to come back to try that. There was a mini grocery store as well, stocked with a lot of already made patties and spices. I'll definitely have to venture back to get some spices!

Not my favorite compared to the food that I had in Jamaica but it served its purpose for what I was looking for with spice and home made cuisine.

For years, I would only come here for their Beef Patties, but that changed during my last visit. I ordered the Jerk Wings with a side of Rice & Peas. The rice was simple, but yet, good. It wasn't hard are overcooked, nor was it salty. Compared to other places, there was actually a good amount of peas, too. The wings were delicious with just enough jerk seasoning. Needless to say, the Beef Patties were excellent! Golden and crisp around the edges, soft in the middle, and seasoned goodness on the inside. The staff were nice as always. They prepared my food quicker than expected, which got me to my food sooner. Overall great experience.

If you want REAL AUTHENTIC Jamaican food, this is the place to go! The food is made to order and is always hot and fresh! The services are good and the prices aren't bad at all!

Off the HOOK!!!! I didn't know what to expect walking in but I definitely know now. 5 Star eatery right here. No the place isn't grand but what is lacks in organization it by far makes up on service and FLAVOR. By FAR the best food I have found in Mesquite Texas. Hands down no comparison. The service was friendly and helpful as well. I will DEFINITELY be returning here EVERY time I come back. You MUST try the Jerk Chicken and the Ribs....

I used to eat here regularly when I worked in the area and then moved. After 15 years I was still craving this place and it still delivered. Amazing food, fair price, large portions
