Been here many times. Solid breakfast tacos. Great staff! The ambience is rudimentary, but clean. I only wish they were open for dinner.

I have been here several times and have ordered many different things - all amazing. Consistently fresh, hot and delicious. Price is affordable and portions are big! Service is always welcoming professional and they are fast. Love the ambiance. It's small but plenty of seating. My favorite is breakfast. I mostly order "La Mexicana, I add chorizo and sub rice for papas. Tortillas are freshly made and the salsa is bangin'. I love to get one of each of the salsas because they are all good on their own and each have a unique flavor. You're welcome

Ordered the breakfast burrito... should really be called a breakfast taquito. They forgot the potatoes and it was just bland and not at all worth the price. I should have taken a photo...I could wrap my index and thumb around the "burrito" with ease. Hard pass....

Always looking to try new taqueria, and today that brought me to jalapenos...I ordered 4 tacos and 1 flan this morning. The rating would be closer to 3.5 as opposed to 4, but I rounded up.First let's start with the tacos. They were good, but far from great. My biggest issue is, the tortillas that use didn't hold up....I ordered to go so could eat in my car and drove the the parking lot across the street to eat, so it's not because took long to eat. They doubled up the tortillas (corn) and even that didn't hold up, so they fell apart pretty quickly. But the meat all tasted good at least so was glad I grabbed a fork as well. Also, the Al Pastor (listed as spicy pork), spicy chicken that I got, and the Hot sauce (spiciest, since they asked if wanted mild, medium, or hot) had a lack of kick to them, so not spicy at all.The flan was basic, light, creamy, deliciousness covered in caramel, so not much more to say about that

4.5 stars to this little hole in the wall taqueria. It's a staple in my life and I encourage you to give it a try. From the "football" uniform on the wall to the TV playing Spanish daytime TV this is about as authentic as you can get in north TX. The quesso is thick and creamy with just a bit of jalapeño. The chips are thin and crispy. The carnitas is some of the most tender pork we have had. A cooler full of glass bottles for you to round out your Mexican lunch. If there is a better taqueria in north FW I have yet to find it.

Best authentic tacos around - Tight Family owned business and even the young son will ring you up. I go here all the time because of the quality and consistency- Great price for what you get - Go now and you'll understand the 5 star

Perfect street tacos. Authentic. Rice and beans were top notch! Staff was very friendly and kind.

Menudo was horrible. Texture on the tripe was not right, like it's old! Tripes does not just break apart.. it's chewy! Also ordered a chorizo breakfast plate... where's the chorizo?! Nobody in the restaurant but their own, how do you possibly get the order wrong!! Mexican coke was code.. warrants a 2/10 for that. Threw our food away.. needless to say.. they won't have to worry about us coming back

First time there and I had the burrito. It was good. I ordered the big burrito however it didn't seem big. Nonetheless it was tasty.
