Hidden gem I personally didn't think a place like this would be in this area. Definitely a surprise when I walked in. The place has a very moody vibe which I love. I was here for a very late lunch so I only got a salad but of course I tried their signature Nicks Salad. It had all the things you would want in a salad. The dressing was house made and I added a grilled chicken breast on top. Very flavorful. You could tell it was marinated. My server checked on me though out and was bringing all of the positive vibes. Will definitely come back here to try their pastas for dinner.

Our server was really nice and the food was yummy! My friend got the tortellini bolognese and said it was super bomb. I got the fettuccini Alfredo with chicken, and if I came here again I would not get it with chicken. The chicken was pretty tough so I only ate a couple pieces.The food did come out super hot tho so you know it's fresh. They also give free bread and it was a little stale. I'd give it a 3.5 if half stars were possible.

Italy Pasta & Pizza has been somewhere that we had driven past a number of times going into Ft Worth or Arlington from our part of DFW mid-cities; but hadn't had a chance to try this place out until this weekend. The service was excellent and the inside of the restaurant was nicer than I expected from the outside. The food was decent enough; what we expected from a family owned Italian restaurant in the area. My kiddo really liked his kids pizza which was a decent size. My wife's fettuccine alfredo was big enough for at least two. At least worth the try if you are needing a spot to eat; and are wanting to support a family owned spot vs one of the chain restaurants that are a dime a dozen.

Italy pasta and pizza had been on our try list for a long time. I got fettuccine Alfredo and it was a huge portion. I liked that the fried zucchini was sliced "sandwhich pickle" style. My kiddo enjoyed his cheese pizza and my husband seemed to enjoy his food. Staff was friendly and refills on drinks for days!!!

Ordered spaghetti & meatballs, lunch portion was a good size, it was very good, the spaghetti noodles were overcooked.Meatballs and sauce were very flavorful as were the rolls that came with entree. May try them again.

I love this restaurant and the family who owns and operates it. The service is excellent. They remember and treat customers like you are welcome if you come one time and especially if you return. This visit I had a salmon picatta, and it was perfectly cooked and delicious. If you are looking for great service, relaxing atmosphere and delicious food I recommend Italys over any of the competition in the area.

Really want to like this place and based on reviews it is "authentic" Italian - clearly from reviewers who have never been to little Italy or the actual boot The sauces are either the consistency of broth or a thick tasteless corn starchy goo. The Pizza is just ok but if you order take out you have to deal with the rude bar staffThey have permanent Christmas lights on the eaves which hang down exemplifying this places' attention to detail
