Incredible Burger

Located in the mall. We drove in from Arlington to Hurst to try it. Even though Arlington had a location, the ratings here were higher. We waited about 15-20 minutes. $27 for a combo signature burger+ a signature burger. Fries were $4, so he told us to get the combo for $5 to include a drink. $15 combo. My signature burger alone was $10. The fries were fries - nothing spectacular. We already said we would share them because in the reviews they looked large enough to split. We didn't finish them--- they weren't hot anymore so they weren't really the best. 4.5 out of 10 is what my guest would rate the overall. Burger was alright. I asked "Would you get it again?" "I would try it from a different location." I agree. The burger was seasoned, though-- more than just salt and pepper. Some kind of spice. Messy, too -- the signature sauce. Overall, I'm not in a rush to get to another location, but I would see if there is a difference in taste at the Fort Worth location. Employees were very nice.

Who would have thought that a food court in a mall would serve one of the best burgers that I've had in a long time? It surprised me as well. "Incredible Burger" in Northeast Mall's Food Court totally lives up to its name.My wife and I were at the mall to take care of some shopping and get new lenses for my eyeglasses. After finishing up our needed tasks we decided to take a stroll through the mall. It was nearing dinnertime, so we decided to stop at the food court for a bite to eat.We looked about the court at all the different store fronts and decided on burgers from "Incredible Burger." Incredible Burger, are they kidding me? I was skeptical. My wife ordered the regular "dress-out" burger and I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger topped with BBQ sauce. I'm glad we only ordered one order of French fries, the order we received was definitely plenty for two.We were both amazed when we took a bite of our burgers. They tasted just like what we make at home. The patties were not perfectly formed, just like at home when you patty the meat up with your hands.The buns were toasted to perfection, the meat was seasoned perfectly, and the fries had an incredible seasoning on them, Incredible Burger indeed serves Incredible Burgers. My wife and I've been talking, it's time for us to head to Northeast Mall for another burger.

While I was ordering from Oh K-dog my friend ordered from incredible burger. From my view the area was clean. All the burgers look delicious! Luckily, I did get a bite in before it was gone. The nacho man burger was juicy, the incredible sauce was tasty, and the patty and fries were both well-seasoned. My friend told me customer service was great. Even when I came over to take photos an employee went over the menu, told me about their best seller, and made suggestions.

Now it's 5 pm, and it's time to break the fast.Ventured out to a mall. NE Mall. I rarely do malls. When I do, it's mostly for a bite. I figure it's Monday,no way they're super busy. Burger Box is closed, head over to Incredible Burger. Grab your salt shaker, shake a grain into your hand because this is so typically a first world foodie review. Ultimately, I ate, indoors, AC, music, and at a place I chose. So take this review with that grain of salt, for what it is.Yes, it's easy to stay home and cook. Yes, I'm an excellent cook. Yes, we can spoil ourselves with delivery. So I opted in. Drove here, no line at any spot but CFA. So why did I walk up, and at the register, she's on her phone texting and not even bothered with greeting the only customer she has. Monday is a low receipt day, so you have to be assertive to get customers. Engage each one.I say hello again. Nada. Couple minute's of obvious ignoring, I'm out. I turn to leave, and she finally looks up. I was tempted to walk off anyway. Dozens of places to get a great burger in the area, even more if I drive to Dallas or Fort Worth.Ordered a bbq bacon with err thang, fries, A&W Root beer. Root beer in a can, no ice, no fountain drink for a refill. I don't mind paying for refills, but one cup, same ice, not another can in our landfills. Maybe have your employees greet customers. Business might pick up so you can let the sodas flow.Okay. So the food was on point. Perfect bite after bite. Cheesy, gooey, meaty, bbquey. But you get one slice of bacon on a $12 burger and have to pay if you want another slice. Ha ha, I don't need more. One was enough, so there.Almost $19, $23.46 with the tip. I didn't think service was even mediocre, but the food deserved the 4 stars and tip. Will I return? Not a chance. I love icey drinks, don't need refills, but love good ice. Above all, if you haven't the time for customers, or you need to check your phone or tik and tok? I haven't the money to pay for you to use my time waiting for it. Second trip here. Both times, service was lacking. Nuff for ya boy to stop. Hope all of you are enjoying this one life we've been given to the absolute fullest. Awesome burger, made to order! I love my food hot snd fresh and it was!it would better if they offered drinks with ice. Seasoned fries were perfect.

With a name like "Incredible Burger" I was defintely expecting something pretty incredible. Unfortunately, it was more like "Pretty Good Burger" when we went by. I will say, the guys working the counter are SUPER nice, and I really value customer service. I would give 3.5 stars, but since I can't do that, I've rounded up.We got 2 burgers and a fry to split. My burger was a mushroom burger and my husband's was a classic cheeseburger. The meat was well cooked, but could use some seasoning. I was disappointed by the lack of mushrooms on my burger, there were only, like, 5 little slices which made me sad. My husband enjoyed his burger, but said it was "just ok" as well. The fries were hot and crispy, so definite bonus there.I'm not sure that we will get from here again since there are several really great food options in the Northeast food court now, but we'll see. If I do, I'll be sure to update this review.

This is the saltiest burger I've ever had in my life. It looks good on the outside... but I could only finish a few bites. Tasted like I was eating pure salt! I would never eat her again! And then on top of that, it's incredibly expensive! 24 dollars for a burger and fries? Insane!

Yes, yes, all the way yes! Seasoned to perfection!This is by far a top burger place to go in TX. While I was reading the menu, an employee offered me a sample and I was immediately hooked. This is your sign to get the burger. Go for it!

The name says it all, they have Incredible Burgers! Have had them a good 5+ times and have been satisfied everytime, only downside is it can be a little bit expensive. Otherwise I definitely recommend this place!

A phenomenal burger! Literally melts in your mouth! Great customer service as well!! IThe price was okay, however, I do definitely see myself coming back to get these burgers again!
