Amazing inside playground for little kids! Took my 15 month old who isn't fully walking yet but is crawling and she had so much fun! There was a lot of age appropriate toys for her to play with and the amount of kids that were there at the 11am slot was a good amount (10 kids total, including a couple infants that weren't playing). There were a lot of sitting areas near all toy areas as well for parents. When we arrived at 11am, the whole space was clean and all the toys were put away nicely. The music playing (kids music) really set the mood for a good time for the kids. All the kids and parents there were all nice and friendly. Overall, I will come again and would recommend this place to all families!

I was to excited to try this place for my daughter's first birthday but was pretty disappointed. We booked the 8:30 slot and I was running late and called ahead to see if it was possible to extend our window or purchase more time. The girl I spoke to on the phone was so rude and showed zero empathy - she was very short and did not offer any help. I understand now the rules of the time blocks but her lack of kindness was off putting. There was also a wild kid there that was clearly over 6 that had almost zero supervision...he approached my baby and aggressively yanked a toy out of her hands and no one was around. We felt uncomfortable and wished parents would watch their kids closely as the website outlines. Overall, the facility was so nice and cute and I appreciate their use of nontoxic cleaning products! Their team could use some work with hospitality though.

I used to love this place over other indoor play spaces for my 1 and 5 year olds for a couple of reasons... The most important one was the flexibility of being able to drop in at any time during business hours to play. I don't live in Fort Worth and usually try to avout the city altogether, but when I do need to make a stop for something or happen to be driving through, unplanned trips to the imagination station was a must. Now, however, someone thought it would be a good idea to make appointment slots set in hard 2 hour intervals beginning at opening. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?!?! It was the main reason I chose them over the other indoor play space nearby, so now we might as well go to the bigger option just around the corner. Sometimes, we would play for no more than 45 minutes, but other times, we could be there for 3 hours. You pay the same rate, but with that open flexibility, it all evens out for my wallet as well as the businesses. Now, it is only a gain for them and a loss for the families. We will probably only go half as often now, since we have to plan in advance, hope a spot is open, make reservations, hopefully not be late getting there, etc. Then, once there, if your kid has a meltdown after 15 minutes and you have to go, that's a loss, but also, if your kid is having a blast and wants to stay longer, that's a another loss. With all that being said, as long as you're friends with the girl that works there, none of this applies. I'm not talking about the owner either. She can do whatever she wants, as it is her business. The girl that was working the desk last time we were in, very clearly did not have her two girlfriends check in with a punch card or take any kind of payment from them, spent most of the time talking to them and they were there longer than the 2 hour timeslot. I know this because she was sure to kick us and others out RIGHT at the 2 hour mark, but said nothing to them, and they were still there after we left to eat lunch next door. I'd also like to add that of all the kids there, her friends' kids were hitting, pushing, biting and just being over-all not great playmates to others, with little to no intervention from any of their parents or the employee. Whether they were friends or not, when in public play spaces like this, the employee/s should be aware of that behavior and handle it when the parents don't. For the good stuff, bathrooms are always clean and smell great, considering how many nasty diapers get changed in there. The snack tables are always clean and not sticky. The toys are well taken car of and always the better quality brands. There is plenty of free parking in the lot and not too far from the few other places I travel to Fort Worth for. I will also say that the free little coffee bar is always great and a must-have, much needed amenity included with your entry. The day they charge for that or take it away completely, I'm for sure never going back!
