We tried a wide assortment of food, and below are our favorites:- egg tofu with seafood- Cucumber salad- tango fish- stir fried greensHard passes next time:- salted egg tofu- dry pot special- butterfly shrimp with VermicelliThey food a great job at accommodating our 12 people party! Will come back again.

Been here couple times. Each time the food was great. Hot tango fish 5/5 Super flavorful and lots of fish. Must order. Sizzling egg tofu with veggie 3/5Good flavor but I disliked them using aluminum foil just bc they don't wanna clean the hot plate under the dish. Aluminum foil can leach into the food . Won't order this anymore bc of this reason Spicy crispy chicken 4.5/5 Service was just so so. Glad this restaurant exists

My favorite restaurant in Dallas area so far! They cooking amazing food ! My whole family loved this place ! Once well, we have to go back there! I wish they can open more location. Cause my house little far away!highly recommend!

LARGE family sized portions. Not your typical American-Chinese fare so be mindful of that. Every plate we had was full of flavor, spicy, and cooked exceptionally well.Service was proper and quick, ambiance was intimate.Highly recommend Hunan Bistro!

Best kung pao chicken EVER! I'm Asian, eat it all the time, and didn't know I'd ever say how much I enjoy kung pao chicken. Their soups are also great. Give it a go for authentic Chinese!

We went for late dinner on a weeknight with our middle son. We ordered Chicken with mixed vegetables, scallion pancake, garlic eggplant and Xiao long bao.They're delicious. Serving staff are helpful.Well lighted and decorated restaurant.

Second visit here! Had a hankering for the Hot Tango Fish Filet, so Mom and I returned here this past Friday(11/8) - right after they opened for lunch. Delicious and perfectly balanced with a hint of spice. Pair it with steamed white rice and some chrysanthemum tea and that's all you really need. We had more than enough to box up the remainder and take home for another two meals. Service was prompt and efficient. Will return here frequently.

The food was very good and great variety. Service was fast and friendly even though they were very busy. We got there very soon after opening and they were full in 10 minutes. Lots of large groups and family friendly. The food is not cheap, but worth the price.

Hunan Bistro was good. We didn't understand the server sometimes but he was gracious and patient with us. The Beef was good but Mushrooms were too rubbery. The Chili Fish was fantastic along with the Veggie (Chinese name that I don't recall). I thought the Pig's Ears were too greasy but flavor was great.

Delicious (and full of spice) food that is definitely a hidden gem. Picked up some dumplings, Kung pao chicken, and bang bang beef with duck tongue and loved every bite of each of the plates! Next time definitely going to dine in as the location is well decorated and has a relaxing ambiance.
