This place has the BEST lemon cupcakes!!! When my daughter was home from college she would go get us cupcakes every Wednesday because they were only $2. Definitely recommend!

We have been going to this bakery, exclusively, for several years and have never been let down. By far, the best, PERIOD. Everything is made to order and perfect. The staff is courteous, thoughtful and helpful. Every cake, every cookie, every baked item purchased has been worth every cent. I've never opened a cake box and been even remotely disappointed. Every birthday cake for a child has been perfect in design, presentation and, most importantly, taste. Their cakes are moist (I love that word) and delicious. I've served cakes and cupcakes from here at office parties, and private events, receiving numerous accolades, praising the items. If you've had a bad experience at this place, trust me, it's YOU not THEM...weirdo...Five stars...two fat, icing covered, thumbs up...I love this bakery!!!

10/15/20 2:00 pm. This place is unassuming and located in a strip mall. Tried various things. Cake balls, cookie and 4 different flavored cupcakes. The cake balls were disgusting. Looked as if someone had thrown them together in their kitchen. No icing just cheap tasting and looking cake balls. Of the 4 different flavors of cupcakes. The vanilla was dry and had little flavor, the almond was okay a barely there hint of flavor. Took 2 home to husband maybe it was me. He thought the cake balls were gross too. The two cupcakes he had were okay he said they tasted like boxed cake mixes and lastly the chocolate chip cookie was just okay. Nothing spectacular or anything I couldn't make at home and probably better. So disappointed. Perhaps their pies are better? I will stick to my next level bakery Murray Bakery in Burleson. Guess for alvarado this place is good.

I ordered some keto cupcakes for my niece and a gift of, cake in a cup. My niece , 37 year old, says it was sooo delicious. The owners were so friendly and enjoyable.

Came in from out of town, the local market was closed. I found how sweet it is on Yelp and even though they were closed they answered the phone. They let me come in and I purchased a delicious coconut cake and glitter candles. They saved a bday. Thank you!!

They were so nice to do a last minute order for a chocolate pie, and not only was it beautiful but it was delicious. Thank you very much! Highly recommend

Cake was not at all what we ordered decoration/look wise and we brought our own sprinkles and pearls for barely any to be used on the cake. It's a nice place and the cake flavor was decent but didn't look like what we ordered. The lady that was helping my grandmother was kind but didn't offer to fix anything. She claimed she would talk to someone about the situation but we never heard back.

I'm friends with the previous owner Teresa and I purchased several cakes from her and they were amazing. I recently moved back to Burleson and I reached out to her and asked if I should go there for my bonus son's birthday celebration and she recommended it. I'm sorry to say that it was awful. We ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream. They were supposed to decorate the top this dinosaurs in icing. I had my husband pick the cake up along with getting some cupcakes for those that don't like chocolate. The cake icing was grainy and the cake dry. To quote my bonus son "it tastes weird". Also, there was only writing saying happy birthday and his name. They provided three laminated dinosaur pictures scotch taped to pop cycle sticks. Needless to say, if I had gone to pick it up myself I'd ask for a refund before ever tasting it as that's not what I ordered. The dozen assorted cupcakes that my husband got were all dried out. It's sad that a 12 year old that loves sweets thought it was awful.

Delightful staff and excellent baked goods. Don't forget to bring home a cookie for your favorite four legged friend. The staff went above and beyond with dietary needs. The maple bacon cupcakes are absolutely amazing. Ok, everything is amazing.
