Holy Rollie Pastry Shop

We have been meaning to come by this shop for a while but we live in Bedford. My husband is a cinnamon roll addict but he is picky. This place is 100% worth the trip (not that it was far haha and best it's not closer or I'd gain 50lbs). My husband got the traditional roll and he said it was the best cinnamon roll he has ever had. He said the dough was great but he has had other dough that was similar but the icing - he said they nailed it. It is by far the best icing he's had. He also got the maple bacon but to try layer tonight but now we have no doubt it will be amazing. I got the pumpkin spice and while I'm not a cinnamon roll die hard - I enjoyed it very much. I thought I would only eat half and save some for later but I ended up eating the whole thing. Very friendly service, nice and clean location. I love the story behind the owner. We will be back, highly recommend to all!

First time trying out this Black Owned pastry shop. I believe it's a (Husband & Wife) establishment. I met one part of the owner (Husband). He's was polite, not too much conversation which it was 8ish in the morning so I can relate. However when branching out into ownership of any sorts people have to be personably engaging with customers. You can't be dry, and expect for business to flourish just my opinion and observation. I purchased the Traditional Cinnamon Roll for $6 which was smaller than I'd expected for a Cinnamon Roll. It should be a few dollars less in my honest opinion though. Overall the cinnamon roll was very sweet, fresh but slightly gummy in the middle. I didn't finish it until the next day. I had to heat it up in the oven to cook it through. I don't think I'll return for the Rolls unless they look to match the price. I'm not sure how long they've been in business but I do hope that they prosper and they have an abundance of success.

"Hidden" location as the corner bakery in the area! The CUTEST interior and you can see the love built in their decor and their rolls. Local mom and pop, when we went around 6:30PM there was only 2 flavors left which was slightly disappointing. Service was the husband and he explained their story and served us our large cinnamon rolls for to go, hot!

The absolute best cinnamon rolls. My friends and I took the cinnamon roll baking class and had a blast. Kim was super nice and helpful. The class was fun and insightful. I loved that we had the option to take and bake our cinnamon rolls or we baked them there. We also received rolling pins that we got to decorate as part of the class. I would visit her again and take the class with friends. I also loved the grateful wall.

I've worked over here for 3 years now & never stopped in but today was the day and I was NOT disappointed!!! The staff person was very nice, the shop was absolutely adorable and my cinnamon roll was delicious! It was soft, warm and not overly sweet. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors.

Visited Holy Rollie earlier this week to pick up some cinnamon rolls for the weekend. Tried one fresh and tried the others re-heated the following day. Selection was a bit slim since it was later in the day so i got the original. The icing is amazing, more than just regular powdered sugar and milk, it tastes like it might also have cinnamon in it, it is sweet with some savory notes and not too sugary like a lot of other places. The cinnamon rolls were a bit tough around the edges when they were fresh, microwaving the next day did help soften them up but i thick they could have been softer from the start.The service was good, but the guy working seemed like he didn't really want to be there or maybe he was just tired.It's a cute shop, seemed to have a lot of variety outside of just cinnamon rolls. They also sold coffee and t-shirts. It was clean and quiet with an open kitchen.

We were greeted by a nice young lady upon entering the pastry shop! I treated my partner to cinnamon rolls as they are his favorite dessert. We ordered one honey bun and one original. The original- def my favorite of the two. It was soft and cinnamon-y like I like,Honey bun- it was pretty good but I didn't love it. My partner enjoyed it.My only critique is the temperature of the cinnamon roll. It was a little warm but I wouldn't wanted it to be warmer. The restaurant itself was so cute and I may be biased because my favorite color is pink but I love the decor. Oh and the restrooms were clean so that's always a plus.

So my bourbon crew and I were doing an overnight tailgating thing at the Spec's parking lot, IYKYK , and decided to pick up some artisan cinnamon rolls. This store is the CUTEST!! Very welcoming, warm, and adorable! Upon walking in, I was hoping to get a big waft of freshly baked goods, and didn't get anything. I did notice that they sell whiskey coffee, I was stoked!!Unfortunately we were told they hadn't gotten around to making coffee yet, so it was a no go on that. Which...how long does it take to make coffee? Seemed like it was a bit of an ask on our part. It was 10:30 am. And apparently they were sold out of most flavors on their board. Ended up with Red Velvet and regular. I told my friend (after already paying), that we could've ordered one more to get a free one. The guy just gave us a blank stare. Some people just have bad days, understandable for sure, but dang, it was awkward in there for sure.After finally trying the cinnamon rolls, they were warm, gooey, and delicious. Loved the packaging and enjoyed them with my McDonald's coffee.

Top notch bakery, super nice people. Call ahead of time; they make the rolls fresh in house. They run out quick but, it's worth it. The Cinnabon will make you slap ya mama

Holy Rollie has the cutest little shop with the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had! it's my all time favorite! you can't go wrong with any of the flavors! They were so good, I bought extra to take home! I did the traditional take home and they were just as amazing! I even bought the maple bacon for my parents and they loved it too! Phillip & Kim are top notch people and provide the best customer service! The bakery is so cute and quaint! its warm, welcoming and inviting. I took some friends and Kim catered to all of our needs. We had the best time & we cant wait to go back!
