Highland Noodles

The food was fantastic. The hand pulled noodles was so good The eggplant was tasty and perfectly done The dumplings were amazing as well. Big fat and juicy. Highly recommended. Location was clean and great spot.

Second time visiting this time for lunch!Still love the flavor of the Lanzhou . The spicy soup dumplings were good too. The meat inside the dumpling had a kick but full of some flavor that you don't typically get too often. It wasn't busy during lunch time but dumplings did take a while to come out. Will be coming back! Side note: their bathroom has some great items like mouthwash and tooth picks that are well packaged

Very good, but probably won't come back unless someone else was craving this spot.What we got: Pork ribs sliced noodles, mongolian beef, mapo tofu, and hot and sour soup. The only real complaint; I wish there was more minced pork in the mapo tofu - besides that, everything was pretty standard. Prices are pretty high. Atmosphere: Extremely clean, lots of natural sunlight, plenty of tables.Service: I absolutely hate when places make you scan a QR to order from your phone. It takes away from the dining experience and as shallow as it may sound, it feels like my dollar doesn't stretch as far.

Awesome food and experience. The spicy chicken is perfected to a crunch and the texture of a hand made noodle is second to none.

I had high expectations from all the raving reviews on IG, maybe too high, but none of the dishes we had stood out. Every dish we had looked like it would be wonderfully exploding with intense or subtly savory flavors at least, just for us to come to the conclusion every dish was bland.I do appreciate they hand pull their noodles and how clean the space was.It was our first time there so we weren't aware of ordering through the QR code until we finally flagged someone down to ask about ordering and he just pointed to the QR code and walked away. It almost felt like a self service restaurant if it wasn't for the fact they had to cook and bring the food out to us. Getting a water refill was like pulling teeth as servers were at a table of what looked like people they knew since they sat there with them.I have no intentions of returning to try it again.

They make their own noodles fresh and you can see them making it through the glass. They have a variety of shapes and sizes for the noodles and they're made fresh right there. It's cool to see and eat! I got a soup noodle and my husband got a stirfry one and both had great flavor. This is a unique place and always hit my noodle craving!

Big portion of beef in the noodle soup. Tasty soup like always.Even still a little pricy, but the flavor is still worth a try.

Nice, fast service. Yummy beef fried rice, beef stir fried noodles, and hot steamed pork dumplings! Lots of Asians here, so it must be authentic, LOL.

My husband and I have been coming since 2023. They have the best hand pulled noodles!!! They are so yummy!Service is great, friendly staff and clean restaurant.

From the delicious, freshly made noodles to the outstanding, friendly service, this restaurant delivers a fantastic dining experience. We drove an hour to get there, and it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
