Wanted something light for lunch and decided to grab a beef patty from here. I was highly upset because hoe can you mess up a party?! It tastes as though it had been microwaved. It wasn't even hot or crispy! It was lukewarm with some cold spots. If I didn't have to get bank to work, I would've taken it right back!

Went on an early Saturday night and found a good Parking spot . $15/pp for cover and enjoyed some live music and adult company. First time going and would go again. Food was amazing. Bought the big 3 oxtail, jerk and brown stew chicken. Plantain was great rice and peas too. Cabbage was good but side order of it was lacking. Service took a while but it was a full house so that's understandable Try to sit away from the speaker

This place was recommended to my husband and I so we decided to try it out after having dinner downtown. We were looking for a Caribbean spot where we could chill, have some good drinks, and listen to some nice music. Service was good - we were seated as soon as we arrived and had a great view of the band. The rum punch was good, but a little too sweet - I ended up with a headache when I got up in the morning and I made sure I was ready to have a good time before I went out (Liquid IV for the win!). We enjoyed the vibe, though, and there is plenty of seating if you want to make a reservation. The music was great and exactly what we were looking for. We'll be back to try the food another time.

The atmosphere of this place was amazing! The live band and DJ were great! The portion sizes of the food I receivedwhich was the oxtail platter. I received so much food for the price. I've eaten at other Jamaican restaurants in DFW area and Heroes prices and plate size has been the best bu far.

Place always smells like sewage but food is SO GOOD. You can order at 3pm or 3am and it will still be good, hot and fresh. My favorites? The cabbage, goat and curry chicken. The " 3 the Hard Way" is the best thing to order to sample the curry chicken, amazing jerk chicken and oxtails. You may be disappointed by the look of the place, the smell and the service, but you won't be disappointed by the food lol.

Food was amazing, ambiance and vibes were 10/10! My partner loves Jamaican and tries to get some everywhere we go and this place definitely lived up to our expectations! Thank you to our girl over at The Sweet Tooth Hotel for recommending! We loved it here and can't wait to come back for more

Let's goooo! Customer service can be a hit or miss. I've only gone to a few events one I remember having a Groupon deal for entry for an event. It was not honored, and I was disappointed in that. The group ended up having to pay full price. As a vegetarian, I can only review veggies, and the veggie plates are pretty good & they accommodate vegans as well as for the desert that rum cake be hitting ok so whoever baking keep doing your thang. Drinks they normally have some great happy hour deals and brunch as well. Music, I can get my dutty wine on or chill out, sip my drank & have hookah.

My friend and her fiancée got a table for NYE and invited me and my fiancée! So this review may be a bit biased bc we received a lot of free items! Walking in security was a bit rude but the interaction lasted less than 2 min. We skipped paying to get in and was seated with my friends. The place was packed but service was good despite the crowd. We received free champagne, enjoyed hookah, and enjoyed the music. If you like Caribbean food and music, it's definitely the place to be.

Visiting Dallas and I Ubered to Heroes attempting to have lunch around 3:50. Online the restaurant was reported as open however the sign stated they open at 4:30. Several employees walked past me as I sat in the cold and rain. One even told me he would open the door and I could wait inside just for him to never return. Terrible hospitality would never return.
