Henry's Majestic

Great spot when you want to sit outside! Food was yummy and there are a few seasonal menu items. The cauliflower and burger were our favorites. The chicken was good, but a little dry and the potatoes needed some sauce. My husband also really enjoyed his cocktail.For a Friday night, we had a reservation but didn't need it. We got to enjoy live music after 7. Our waiter was extremely friendly and we will definitely be back with our friends.

Place was closed when I showed up 2/20/25Sucks cuase it was the middle of no where.They need to update their hours online

I've been here a handful of times, sometimes I have a good experience, sometimes I do not. The service here is lagging, could be better. The vibe here is generally good sometimes. The food they have here can be hit or miss. Parking was difficult. Has an ok atmosphere to the place. I probably wouldn't recommend based on my recent experience.

DO NOT get scammed into tipping extra at this shit place. They added a tip to my tab and hid it, I then added extra not realizing it.I will be calling my bank for a charge back due to fraud.

Henry's Majestic is a mixed bag. I went with a date for music, drinks, and dinner on a warm Friday night. I made reservation via OpenTable but that was def not needed as there were less than a couple dozen patrons scattered lightly between the bar/restaurant and outdoor venue. Before dinner my date had a drink called "She's Lost Control Again" (basically an Espresso Martini with salted caramel), no complaints. I ordered a glass of Red wine from Spain, but was brought a Rose' from France, (after pointing out the error my waiter kindly returned and corrected the mistake).For dinner we shared an appetizer of "Crispy Carnitas Dumplings" which were very tasty and delivered promptly. But then things went south when my date ordered the "Loaded Chicharrones". It was a strange combination of flavors that sounded interesting on the menu, but fell flat as odd and unappetizing in its execution. My first two choices for dinner (their Seared Atlantic Halibut and Braised Pork Tacos) were unavailable, so I settled for their house branded "Henry's Marrow-Spiked Burger". Like the chicharrones it sounded great in writing, but its execution was dry over-cooked meat, with sweet (almost sugary) caramelized bacon. The whole thing fell apart into a giant pile of burger rubble after only two bites requiring a fork to finish.Total cost was $90.55After dinner we sat outside to enjoy the band. The August weather was nice and the band was enjoyable but they wrapped-up their set and were packing to leave by 9pm.Verdict? Drop in early for music and a drink, def try their crispy carnitas appetizer. Skip dinner.

Really good vibes with enough space to share. I did not eat but those I was with raved about the food.

This restaurant is a find! They have a wonderful ambience with extensive outdoor seating with ample heating. We went for brunch at 11 and a band was setting up as we left. The drinks were well done with great flavor. I had a gin lemon drop and my husband had the Bloody Mary. Then we had the charcuterie board, the majestic breakfast and the biscuits and gravy. Everything was perfectly cooked. My over easy eggs were more over medium but still flavorful. My husband had Looking Like a Luchador, which was good but very sweet. I had the Fords Cooler which was very good and strong on the cucumber flavor. We were there with a group and everyone's food was great. Someone had the shrimp & grits and the grits were a little course. We will go back, despite the drive. This place is worth it!!

Great vibe and decent food, but terrible service. We had Oscar as our server and he was awful. Never came back to give us refills, the food took an over an hour to arrive, and his excuse was the "kitchen is busy," and I had to ask for waters and a straw multiple times. No apology for the bad service just the kitchen is busy. Management needs to make some major changes here.

Arguably the best patio in dallas (grapevine bar gives it a little competition) but it's Definitely the best thing to happen to west dallas since trinity groves. Great food Lively cocktails and super awesome service The patio is HUGE, pet friendly, and "divided" into dinner and bar area but the two areas compliment one another I've been here twice now and missed the live music so I can't comment on that but all of the food has been amazing My favorite snack was the Cuban cigars and our favorite main was the burger Favorite cocktail was the margarita with the spicy situation upgrade (add incrementally) They have fire pits and food trucks And complimentary valet I think you have no excuse NOT to come check it out You'll thank me when you do

Food was terrible. I had the chicken and waffles and the waffles were cold, the gravy was cold and the chicken was undercooked. I showed a waitress and she told me "chicken thighs can look like that". Chicken thighs should never have red speckles of blood in them. Highly disappointed with this establishment and will definitely never recommend nor be coming back.
