This place deserves and updated review. This is such a convenient, quick and easy stop for breakfast or lunch. I have never had slow service or bad service here and everyone is so friendly. The menu consists of breakfast wraps, breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, french toast, yogurt parfaits, and not to mention the best Kolaches!! There is a good variety offered for Lunch as well. Burgers, Gyro, Wraps, Sandwiches, Clubs, Salads and Sushi. Definitely check it out.

Delicious food whether it's Asian or Mexican cuisine. The food leaves you wanting more and the very friendly owners make you feel appreciated. They have litteraly everything from drinks, coffee, candy, dumplings, nachos, and even sushi. I would recommend to everyone.

Oh, Harwood Cafe. Such the little go-to. You make me happy when it's chilly outside and I simply can't muster up the courage to put on a coat. Yay. But let's be fair here...Harwood Cafe isn't something you go out of your way for. It's basically a convenience store that's located in the bottom of the building I work in (shout out to Jen F. for reminding me to review this place). I've headed down there for lunch a couple of times, but as Jen mentioned, it can get a little steep for simple sandwich on wheat bread...although I've been told they have pretty decent (if inauthentic) gyros, a few good salads and dumplings (what?) in addition to sandwiches. So it's kind of one of those places that sticks their deli toes into everything. Now, while I don't frequent them for lunch, I will wander down for a breakfast sandwich more than my hips would probably like. And they are soooo goood. They do biscuits and gravy, pancakes, breakfast burritos, etc, but the love of my life is most certainly the plain old breakfast sandwich, modified to cut down the fat a tidbit: turkey sausage, egg whites (that somehow are still deliciously fluffy), and American cheese on a buttered English muffin. Hand over $2.59 and this little puppy is all yours, making your morning pretty darn awesome. Of course, it's kind of filling so if you're like me and crave one around 9:30 or 10am, you won't be wanting to eat lunch until about 2:30, so keep that in mind. Mmmm. Breakfast sandwich.

This is place is GREAT for breakfast or lunch. Breakfast they have great burritos and for lunch you could order just about anything and be satisfied. I strongly recommend the tuna towers and the gyros. I know what you're thinking, those are two different foods and it makes you uneasy to try this restaurant out but trust me you will not be disappointed. Located in the basement of the hardwood center, incredibly friendly staff, priced very well, wide variety of foods, drinks and even small area of convenience store like products. They even cater and have ample seating with TVs. Menu includes typical cafe foods( like salads, sandwiches and wraps), variety of Asian foods (tuna towers!, sushi, fried rice etc), gyros!, and temporary entrees. They have lunch specials daily and have fast service even though there is constantly a line. The gentleman whom I believe is the owner makes a point to learn as many customer names as possible. What I find very charming about him is that his English is good but he speaks Spanish to his staff almost effortlessly. Yes his cooks are both Hispanic and Asian. They have multiple drink refrigerators like in a convenience store of bottled drinks, variety of chips and ladies if you need feminine products they have them too! I try to support local businesses as often as I can and this is one I could eat at every day. Saying it again, you must have their tuna tower or gyro...and bring me one too!

Not too shabby! Had the gyro and it was gigantic size. The place is a little difficult to find as it is in the basement but this building is full of really awesome and nice people that are ready and happy to give directions and/or reviews. It does have a eating area and staff also matches the friendly persona of the building. Definitely going back soon to try the Asian cuisine.

First visit. Was warned it was slow and they lived up to their reputation. Woman took my order and after 10 mins and other orders coming out she asked me what I had. She forgot. Not a good first experience. Good decent just needs customer service revamp

This place could be pretty good, but the prices are way too high. They charge you for convenience and a lot of people refuse to go there because of that. I don't think many people who don't work in the building go there to eat, but I could be wrong. It's located in the basement of the Harwood Center, so it's not the easiest place to find. I go there for lunch pretty often when I want some fruit and a sandwich. It seems that no matter what I buy, I always end up spending between $6 and $10. Also, they make enough food for the day and once it's gone, it's gone until they make more the next day. When the weather is bad and no one in the building wants to go out, they all eat there. So if you have a late lunch, there's nothing left when you arrive. They should prepare more food for bad weather days. I would recommend their breakfast. They have breakfast burritos that are packed with eggs and cheese and your choice of meat. For lunch, I really like their turkey melt, fresh sliced fruit and salads. They also have daily specials which are sometimes pretty good and sometimes eh. They close at either 3pm or 3:30pm so they're only good for breakfast and lunch.

My favorites are Mandoo, Bulgogi Beef, and the sushi! The food is reasonably priced for the convenience. It's very easy to find healthy food choices here. The breakfast is outstanding. My only complaint is if you go too close to closing and get a sandwich made, you can taste the "cleaning" in the food.

As noted:* Breakfast is best bet here. Reasonable prices for pretty good fare...love the breakfast burritos!* Lunch prices...kind of ridiculously high for what's offered. Come on..$6 for a grilled cheese? Boggle. * Even just a short container of fruit or a "veggie boat" (carrots, celery, brocoli, cheese) is pretty expensive considering what you are paying for!* You are definitely paying for convenience if going here for lunch, is the bottom line. Want a sandwich? There's a Subway right around the corner for a lot less.

Great little and quick breakfast spot. Homemade sandwiches for just a few bucks. Fresh cut fruit cup was very good, too.
