Hardeman's BBQ & Catering

I wasn't sure if it was going to be good because I ordered around 8:05 when they close at 9, but the gentleman with the beard exceeded my expectations! This meal SLAPPED, only thing left for me is a nice bed to take a nap after this nice meal

Man I want this place to be good since it's right in my neighborhood but the food was barely edible. Ribs were drowned in sauce and otherwise flavorless. The brisket nachos were about a pound of Doritos with a sprinkle of meat on top and slathered with more sauce. Coleslaw was swimming in mayo and onion rings tasted like the bottom of the deep fryer. On top of it all, it was not cheap at all. (I've had the loaded backed potato once before and it was okay.)At least folks who run the place are super nice. That's worth a star in my book and I hope they can get the food on track someday.

I've ordered from here twice & both times the ribs & turkey leg was dry. I was very disappointed.

I love their loaded potatoes!!! The best in OakCliff!! Quick take out process and awesome customer service. A bit small inside but great delicious food! Enjoy!!

I had Hardeman's BBQ delivered to work today-through GrubHub- for a meeting. We ordered sausage, hot links, sliced brisket, and a couple chopped brisket sandwiches. The hot link was pretty good, but not very spicy. The sliced was just okay. The chopped sandwiches were awful! I don't like a lot fat--hardly any really---and there was so much in the chopped, it was a mushy/slippery texture. I know there's a lot of craft BBQ places popping up all over with fabulous food, bur I was not comparing this to them. I grew up with Angelo's BBQ in Fort Worth--which has been very vey good, consistently, for over 60 years. It's my bar. And Hardeman's wasn't even on the playing field. Props for the potato salad and BBQ beans which were good!

When I got home and opened the box of BBQ I have to say it did not looks appetizing. The short ribs were the hardest to eat. They had a rough texture. I didn't care for the taste, either. It tasted like a ton of pepper was added to the seasoning. I like pepper, too. The kids didn't like the ribs either.-The sliced beef was edible. They were thinly sliced. -bread was slightly stale like it's kept out in the open... Or old (?)-didn't have a lot of BBQ sauce in my togo box, which usually saves bad BBQ, but honestly the taste didn't do much for me either -I was the only customer ordering anything at the time of my visit, so it's not like they were too busy to notice the whack looking meat-The cashier was nice.

Hardeman's has the best barbecue! We don't eat there often but when we do it's great. The deserts are excellent.

I decided to check out Hardeman's instead of my usual bbq place and the customer service is as terrible the waitress was very rude and confused my order and on top of that she wouldn't answer a simple question, I love my people but many times they can be very rude and have no proper communication habits, therefore I'm gonna spend my money elsewhere!

They got down on me where is the rest of my bake potatoe. I tried to call no one will answer the phone $15.00 went to waste . This is not my first time buying normally my potatoe is the size of a plate .

Terrible, very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very terrible, I will never suggest this place to anyone! These are supposed to be ribs not steak, I've never seen ribs cooked medium
