Hachie's Pizza

Customer service was great. Seating is limited and location is questionable since it's connected to a mechanic shop.

The food was delicious. It took a little while to get our food but we got there when they first opened so they were just getting started. The dining area is cozy and I loved the decor and music. Overall it was a great pick and we plan to return and try the pizza.

Last night, I told my husband I wanted pizza for dinner. he asked me what place I wanted and I had saw this place on the way home and it looked like a small local shop. We tried ordering over the phone, but their number did not work so I ordered an Italy pizza through DoorDash. There was a pizza that we wanted to try that we saw on Facebook that was not on DoorDash so when my husband got there at 8:30 he asked if they were still able to make the pizza and they were very nice and did even though they were closing up soon. This is one of the best (and affordable) pizzas I've had. The flavors were great and tasteful and I especially loved their specialty pizzas considering I'm not a big fan of tomato sauce. We will definitely be ordering pizza from here again.

This place is amazing! Will definitely be recommending this place and taking family there! Our order was completely wrong due to the door dash driver and this place was so kind to replace our order. The pizza is delicious and warm! Ellis county is great to meet the craving of both pizza and BBQ.

Good solid pizza from a family that cares about quality and service. We showed up between busy times. Ordered a calzone and it was very good, sized well for cost and stuffed with quality ingredients. All the employees were attentive to our needs.

The pizza was great, we had the Ellis County pizza. Seating is limited but that's part of the charm of this family run business. The family and staff are attentive and very pleasant. This isn't a boutique pizza place just good food and a good sized pie. You do yourself a favor by giving them a try.

First time trying Hachie's pizza and we were not disappointed. The service is friendly and fast. Both pizzas were flavorful. I love the concept that this restaurant has.

Tonight we had dinner Hachie's Pizza. I didn't even know this place was there. It was sooo good.We just kept it simple with our favorite pepperoni and green bell pepper pizza but they have craft pizzas like Ellis County pizza (brisket, pulled pork, sausage, mozzarella ans BBQ sauce). Our pizza was hot, cheesy, gooey and delicious. ...that cheese string pull tho We also ordered a dessert pizza to go - Strawberry and Nutella pizza (strawberries, banana, and Nutella). While we there, they gave us the cinnamon hearts dessert to try. Now those...omgah Cinnamon and icing goodness They have more than just pizza! Speciality hot dogs and more If you are in area or need an excuse to go to the area, go eat there! They need the support. WOW delicious pizza and most of all amazing Texas hospitality. We passed through Waxahachie and found this small place. Priced very good and and great pizza and amazing desert. No pictures of pizza as we wiped it out.

Food was great! Fresh ingredients, amazing flavors and beats any chain restaurant all day long! This is made fresh to order, so if you're in rush I suggest calling it in. The Italy! Wow! I was a doubter now I'm a believer. I'll leave it at that. The atmosphere was cozy and felt like a pizzeria right out of a movie. Def worth trying.
