Granny Clark's Restaurant

Granny Clark's in Dublin came highly recommended and was quite busy at lunch, for good reason! The staff were great and there were a lot of regulars. The chicken fried chicken and mashed potatoes were so good!! I'll be back!

Sunday lunch was great! Chicken fried steak was on point like always! Fried Chicken was as perfect as I'll get out! Juicy, crispy and seasoned to a T! Sautéd cabbage was delicious! Rolls were off today, but that has never happened before, so I'm gonna let that go. Everyone was so friendly and it seems like just a family get together, and less like a restaurant on Sunday after church. Lovely as always! Get some Dublin on the fountain or some sweet tea, they are both refreshing!

Always great food! They have a great selection of food on their buffet. The folks are really nice. I will keep going back.

Second time here and the food was as good as the first time. Great variety with perfect sized portions. We also like how the food is seasoned. Great peach cobbler and I'm not even a fan of it! Service is also great and people are friendly.

We went for lunch on a Saturday. The place was packed. Quickly it was obvious they were under staff. Ya basically has two options. $9.00 for the buffet brought to ya one time where you choose what is on your plate or $12.99 where you serve yourself and make as many trips as you possibly can. The food is really cafeteria level. Syscos finest. The rolls and dessert are great. Service... well overwhelmed. Ambulance. Ummm. truck stop.

My brother and I went in for lunch. When we sat down it took a little while for the server to get to us which wasn't a huge deal. We both eat small portions so when she got there I asked to see a menu and was never brought one. When we got our drinks I asked for menus again and was told that pretty much everyone eats the buffet. We were running out of time and just wanted to make our next appointment. I told her that we needed to eat and would just go with the buffet. She then said that it I really insisted I could have a menu. We went thru the buffet and they were out of the meat we wanted and was told that it would only be 5 minutes. 15-20 minutes later and CFS finally made it out. We ended up filling up on potatoes and bread because we needed to eat. I've never had to spend 32+ dollars on a couple of potatoes!! Extremely disappointed and felt the waitress just didn't want to do any extra work. I've been in the restaurant business for over 35+ years before retiring and can spot someone who doesn't care

All you can eat Buffett option which I am about 40 years late to enjoy The staff is fantastic sweet ladies I meet up with my friends here 2 times per year as it is a 100 mile drive one way But well worth it- plus you get to see some great country sideI believe they close at 2 so plan ahead

Stopped here for lunch while visiting Dublin. It was the highest rated restaurant in the city, I excepted it to be decent. Walking in nobody greets you, and the entire place looks filghty. Dirty windows, dirty tables with food still on it. Went to look at the buffet food and it seems like cafeteria food. This is pretty sad if it's the best option in town. Went to a Mexican restaurant right down the street that was way better.

Very nice little place. The locals really live it. Would have loved to have tried the cobbler, but too full of fish. The ladies running the front of the house gave great service.

Really good. Maybe deserving of 5 stars from my experiences. Hope they can keep it up and don't ever go down hill because I really enjoy it.
