I was very pleased with the attention and assistance from all the people I encountered. I'm not one of those people that feel like I'm owed something... We're all human, and things regardless of hard we try sometimes... Aren't always going to go our way. I wanted roasted dark meat. Manager came and communicated that he had just put fresh on and would be about 15 minutes. Instead of waiting that long, he asked if I could compromise... I asked for roasted breast and a couple fried dark... He was great! I wished I had caught his name... And I don't know why the reviews are so low. I had a great experience.

This location hasn't been open long and it's already full of unprofessional employees and they could truly care less. It'll be closed sooner rather than later. Not one time have I gone here and not had anything but bad service. But, you get tired of the same bbq, fish, hamburgers and Mexican food. Went through the drive-thru and they took my order correctly, yet, still filled it wrong. I park and go inside and no one, initially, acknowledged me. Four guys were just standing behind the counter talking like I wasn't even there. No acquired Customer Service skills at all. One guy had his work shirt up, rubbing on his belly (unsanitary and how many orders has he contributed to filling???), another one's uniform pants were sagging below his butt where I could see his underwear and the other two were just doing nothing. Then, there was another person mopping the lobby with Fabuloso-water all over the floor and had no Wet Floor signs in sight. The final guy behind the counter who did acknowledge me corrected my order and questioned the others as to who filled it incorrectly and no one even acknowledged him talking to them. I couldn't even tell if there was any management or leadership in the building.It's an awful sight. I could blame the kids, however, they are doing what they have been allowed to do. Management and the owner are to blame. The buck stops at the top. Everyone wants to own businesses but lack knowledge in how to retain customers and that starts with Customer Service 101-train your employees correctly and monitor them. Just showing them videos and giving them a quiz is not training.

The service was bad. I placed my order in the drive thru and when the young lady passed the food through the window she dropped it on the ground. I told her I wouldn't be able to reach it and her response was I really could reach it. Well if I recall this correctly she dropped the order not me. That young lady has no idea of what good customer service is.

I never thought I'd leave a review for a fast food chicken place but the service was so good and the chicken so fresh, the okra so crispy -- our whole family was impressed. We went late as well and it was as if they made everything to order. Didn't take long but the family sized okra was snappin' good! I had just had fried okra at one of Oprah Winfrey's favorite chicken places in Seattle two weeks back, & it was mushy! (Not Oprah's fault-- Hahha -- but it's one of her favorite places from her show days! So, highly recommended. This Beltline Road Golden Chick, believe it or not -- beat that hands down. Please send D'maria up to Washington state so he can teach them how to cook!!! Sharp & patient Adam took our order even helping us pick the best choice for our carful & thoughtful Tammie delivered the goods. They could not have been more efficient or nicer! What a great team! We had some left today & it was scarfed up fast -- still crispy okra even 24 hours later & that chicken was just as great. Thanks to Adam, Tammie, & D'maria for an exceptional experience!

Literally the most garbage location possible. The GM is rude and disrespectful. Placed an online order at 3:20pm, to be picked up at 3:36. I arrive at 3:40 and was told at the drive through to come to "the front" didn't know if he meant to the second window, front of the store, or inside...I've picked up orders at this location previously through the drive through with no issues. I'm told the order "isn't ready" so I pull forward past the second window and wait. After 5 minutes I'm told I have to "confirm" the order...no idea if they're meaning there's a new button to push on the app or through email confirmation or verbally saying what's on the order (never had to do any of this before) I'm told I can go back through the drive through and they will give me the order, when I do the GM asks me to confirm my order once again, I have no idea what she means and I've already given her the order name and said a couple items that were on the order she instead demands to see my phone to see the order receipt and then verbally berates me before ever handing me my order. She is saying that they've never allowed someone to "just walk up to a restaurant and grab food" as though I'm stealing food that IVE ALREADY PAID FOR AND GAVE THE NAME OF THE ORDER?!?! Good luck ever having customers when you treat every one of them as if they're stealing! I said "ok" about 15 times just so the GM would stop her speech and give me my order and yet she continued to keep going and said "so you'll know for next time" as though I'm a child. As I was driving away she slammed the window shut. So not only did I get my food over 30 minutes after I ordered it (when it was supposed to be ready in 16) but I got treated like a thief, and disrespected in front of my child for literally just showing up to pick up food I had paid for. On top of all that when I got home and checked the bag..no straws.

Worst golden chick location I've ever been to hands down. The dude taking our order somehow managed to leave off one of our sides, put the wrong side for another order, and charge us for something we did not order. The ice cream machine is broken and the drink/ice cream area is FILTHY. Cones and melted ice cream everywhere. To top it off, they sprayed cleaner on the their tables and did not bother wiping it down. Anyone who eats on the tables probably gets sick Avoid this location and drive the extra few miles to go to the desoto location.

Extremely nice and friendly customer service. My tenders were very fresh. The fries were nice and crunchy. The front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in. The lemonade was very sweet and tasty.
