Franki's Pizza & Pasta

Found this place randomly while out driving around so we had to try it! The food was incredible!! We went ahead and tried a bit of everything seeing it was our first time here! The salad with their House dressing is 10/10 in my opinion. Idk why but I find myself thinking about that dressing quite often it was that enjoyable. We also ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and a pepperoni pizza. The pasta sauce wasn't your typical Alfredo sauce but was still very good. The pizza was amazing! Super fresh! They don't lack in sauce flavor or a great crust either! I do think it's a bit dark inside but hey, that's just the setting. It was very clean and you can see right into the kitchen from certain seating areas. (It also appeared very clean and employees were cleaning surfaces during down periods)The staff is very kind and you can tell they take pride in their work. The manager went and greeted every table dining that evening to ensure they were satisfied and he even shared a bit of the history of the restaurant with us! Very kind individuals. We will most definitely be coming back to dine in at Franki's.

Food has always been top notch here. Owner is as nice as can be. We have only tried the pizza but will try more in the future. Great spot!

The owner... and Fireman Chef Geoff #firemanchefgeoff IG:Txfireman911 as a professional firefighter paramedic for the citizens of Dallas Texas for the past -17 plus years... this is my to go place when we have a 4 alarm fire and I'm not able to grocery shop and cook dinner. I used them last night to order their special... 2 giant pizzas 2 toppings $24.94....thank you so much Mr. Franki. We battled a 4 alarm Fire for 5 hours all morning and I could not go to the grocery store and have enough time to cook dinner so we ordered out and you provided us with a more then generous discount! We filled out belly's and ate well and were thankful and I'm thankful I didn't have the stress or the added 3 hours to cook a meal for 5 firefighters!!!! Thanks again and will always support you and your awesomePizza and pasta restaurant!

Stopped here after the rave reviews. Quite disappointing. Italian sub was light on meat and cheese (1 thin slice of 2 meats and 1 of cheese). I asked for bread to be toasted. It was not. Blaming that on the slack waiter. He only had 3 tables, early afternoon. Didn't know the menu at all. Young lady seated me and got drink. Couldn't take my order. Waiter was very slow. Didn't check back after serving the sandwich until end of meal. For a better Italian sub, go to Firehouse Subs. May be back to order something that doesn't need to be modified.

The last two times we've ordered pizza there has been so much cheese on the pizza the crust doesn't cook and is terribly soggy. We have loved it so much in the past. Hope our next visit is better.

Been going to Franki's for a long time, though not lately. It has a nice neighborhood vibe and a family owned kind of place. Always been a place with solid value and good, if not great, food. Placed a carry out order for an extra-large veggie pizza. They get an A+ for the amount and freshness of veggie toppings and the flavor was pretty good. But unfortunately, the result of all those veggies was an undercooked pizza and a very soggy crust. Probably would have given them a 4, and maybe this is petty, but when I got home I realized they started charging a 3.5% fee for using a credit card. I get it, cards charge the restaurant a fee and I guess I could use a debit card, which I literally never do. But not only does cash handling also have a cost and the potential for theft, but cash businesses often under-report income, which I refuse to take part in. Not saying Franki's does this only that I object to paying the fee. If I were dining in, the 3.5% would come out of the tip.

It's that special neighborhood restaurant. I am alway greeted with a big smile and a wave. The food is alway fresh and hot. My repeat orders are the Capri Lite pizza and or the Eggplant Parm. It's one of only a few restaurant where you can bring your own wine. Frankie's is my ride or die pizza and pasta.

This is the best Italian restaurant in Dallas hands down, the food is amazing and the service as well. I would definitely recommend. The Atmosphere is calm n feels like home, you can have a good conversation and actually here each other with nice music playing on the background noise n no noise

This restaurant offers the best Italian food in Dallas. Furthermore they will customize dishes to combine different sauces with different pasta choices. Service is great as the owner is always at my service. Ambiance is conductive to couples and families. Franki and Katy are always there when I am and they treat me like family.
