Bailey's BBQ is quite literally a "hole in the wall". We almost walked right past it's so small. With the rustic brick facade on the outside, the place screamed real Texas BBQ!! Man, it did not disappoint!! The sliced brisket melts in your mouth!! Honestly, some of the best brisket I've eaten. And I thought Terry Black's in Austin was good??!! We got a chance to meet the new owners and they were great! Very proud of the quality of their food. So much so, they gave us samples of different meats and then sent us home with a nutter butter cheesecake on the house!!When in downtown FT. Worth, drop into Bailey's BBQ and enjoy!! Highly recommend!!

I'm Brisket junkie, and Bailey's is making some tasty brisket. This no nonsense spot is serving up some sandwiches. I had my 1st brisket sandwich so quick that I didn't take pic. It so good I got me a 2nd one. I had the sliced brisket, no sauce, just meat and bread. The service here is no nonsense, meaning order the sandwich or platter. I enjoyed the retro decor. This place with worth your time and effort. ***Flight Attendant approved***

It was delicious!I tried the brisket sandwich, potato salad and green beans and I loved it!The brisket had a delicious natural smoke flavor and the spicy bbq sauce was so good.The place is small but service was friendly and fast.

We went here for lunch today. The line moves fast, the servers were very nice and the food was good. We took our food to go, but you could clearly see that is a local favorite. My coworkers got the brisket and pork and there were no complaints. Get the spicy bbq sauce

Bailey's barbecue is an easy go to for lunch. I usually get the chopped brisket sandwich with a soda and drink. They were recently purchased by Panther City BBQ and I'm very excited for the future of this small little downtown lunch location. Service is just a counter with a cashier, there are only a few tables in here. It's a very small place.

Nostalgic little "almost missed it" place that's a blast from the past. Simple menu with delicious brisket and good sauces! Quick service and cozy atmosphere. Seating for probably 15 max. Don't pass this little gem up if in the downtown area looking for good food!

This place is open for one reason. And that it's a 'hole in the wall' BBQ joint that's grandfathered in and handy for the downtown lunch crowd.I ordered the sliced beef sandwich. The bun was so dry that I took one bite of it and just ate the meat after that. The meat tasted like it was baked in the oven. The chopped beef sandwich isn't chopped beef but a BBQ slurry mush made from trimmings, filler and BBQ sauce. Nice folks, meat joint and meh food.
