I have been looking for the Japanese soufflé pancake experience since having them in Japan and stumbled upon Fluffy Fluffy. It is a small cafe, hidden in an apartment complex. It was fairly empty when we got there.My friends and I opted to split two sets between three of us. We had the signature pancakes and the matcha tiramisu pancakes. They make them to order, as most places do, so it takes about 20-30 minutes to cook. The pancakes were soft and fluffy, but a lot more eggy than I expected. The signature was delicious. The matcha tiramisu came with a matcha syrup, but it ended up being cloyingly matcha, turning a light, fluffy dessert to something overly heavy and thick. I think my expectations were too high, so it was enough to satisfy the craving, but still made me miss the pancakes from Japan.My friend also ordered their own drinks and pancakes. They accidentally messed up a pancake, so they had to remake it, but because they make them all to order, it added an extra 20-30 minutes. Luckily, we were there to chat, but they ended up comping their drink and getting the pancake to go. I'm glad there's a soufflé pancake place though! No more waiting for festivals to hit those cravings.

I know people are hyped for fluffy pancake.But it is really just okay to my opinion.It has soft cake but spongy texture. A lot of flavor to choose but really not that special for the price. Service was very slow the day we went. Not sure about now.

I've been wanting to try this place forever, and I'm so glad I finally did! I ordered the matcha tiramisu soufflé pancakes - the texture and flavor were amazing. I didn't get much of the tiramisu vibe, but the matcha was spot on.The only downside is the price - $17 for two pancakes felt a bit steep.That said, the drinks looked incredible, so I'll definitely be back to try one of those next time!

Worth the 20 minute wait for the fluffy pancakes! Seems like a cute place to go on date especially since you definitely need to be a bit patient with the pancakes being made to order. More seating available compared to the other location. I enjoyed the caramelized bananas on the side of the raspberry pancake. Parking garage is connected and walkable from there through the side walkway. Highly recommended!

Soufflé pancakes are one of my favorite desserts, so I'm glad that there are two Fluffy Fluffy locations to choose from in Dallas! I always enjoy the different seasonal flavors and even just the classic is phenomenal. So light and not too sweet, which I love. It is definitely not a cheap dessert, but great nonetheless.The one thing that I did not like here are the drinks. I've had their coffee and teas and did not like any of them. It's almost as if the drinks are an after thought. Still very good desserts though. I have yet to try the croissant waffles (croffles), but they are probably delicious as well. If you are in the area for Korean bbq or one of the other great Asian establishments in Carrollton, don't forget to stop by Fluffy Fluffy, it's easy to miss. It is located in the same complex as an apartment complex, but they have parking in the garage for retail.

Restaurant slightly hard to find- its main entrance door is facing the middle of the apartment complex. I got the original and it was overall pretty ok- not that sweet and pretty fluffy. One order is shareable with a friend. The inside was clean & had a lot of seating.

Delicious Japanese soufflé pancake in town there are many flavors to should from, make it fresh and store look nice atmosphere. Perhaps service needs some touch up and hire more employees.

These fluffy pancakes are amazing! If you have read this far then put your phone down and get over here!If you are still on the fence please let me assure you that these fluffy pieces of amazing are so worth it. We had the Crème Brûlée version and it was exceptional in every way. I will say that since the pancakes are made to order it does take a bit to get your order. That just means you should go ahead and order two since you will like these so much :). Highly Reccommended!

I was so ecstatic when I found out that Fluffy Fluffy has opened a location in Carrollton. I fell in love from my visit at the Frisco location, and was hoping to have one near me. This location is located in a retail space at the condo/apartment building called The View. You can enter the building's garage and park at any retail parking spots. Fluffy Fluffy specializes in soufflé pancakes which was a big craze in Japan. Each pancakes are made to order from scratch, so it can take about 15-20 minutes for your order to come out, but it's worth it. As they have an open kitchen, you can see the employees using Kitchen aid mixers to make each batch carefully. I definitely suggest tipping these employees as making these pancakes take extra attention to detail and being delicate with hands. The pancakes it self come out with such cute presentation with detail, and visually look fluffy. I ordered blueberry cheese pancake with ice cream and was pleasantly surprised with the detail of torching and brulee'ing the lemon slices that came as part of presentation. You can also visibly see the spongy-ness and the small pores throughout the pancake. These are very delicate and cloud like in your mouth and not too sweet, making it a perfect breakfast or a dessert even after a heavy meal. The quality and the taste is consistent between the two locations and I am a fan of this small chain!
