Five Guys

Run, not walk to this new Five Guys location located at Precient and Davis Boulevard in North Richland Hills.Was driving down Davis Boulevard headed south and nearly broke my neck when I saw this new Five Guys location that just opened January 15, 2025.I walked in and had to remember how to order with all the great toppings. I was well greeted and felt welcome, ordered and waited about 5 minutes for my order.OMG, happy girl tearing into the brown bag of deliciousness inside.Enjoyed every fresh bite and of this cheese burger, the bun was perfect and soft with the best tasting meat, cheese, grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise. The perfect burger!Now the fries, cut and fried with Heinz catsup and salt. So good!Overall amazing food, friendly workers clean and well run Five Guys franchise.Everyone please give this new Five Guys Franchise your burger business!!

Love Five Guys and the new location on Davis Blvd. However two comments1. The music they play is awful and much too loud I was going to eat my burger inside but decide to take with me 2. Seems to be plenty of employees but the tables were all full of crumbs dis not appear sanitized after guest.

This is my most favorite Five Guys! The food was so good! The cheese was gooey and melted on the burger instead of just there not melted! The customer service was good!The best thing ever is that they have a combo meal! That is a HUGE deal! It makes Five Guys affordable!

We hadn't been to a five guys in some time, so we decided to give their newest location in the area, and now closest to us in our normal day to day, a try! Staff was friendly, and they seemed well staffed during our visit. Though they still seemed swamped during our visit. Our food came out in a reasonable for sit down 20ish mins. Food was what we expected out of Five guys at this point. The biggest changes I would make was volume of the music could be turned down a little bit, but I get if its hard to hear it while working, as well making sure that all of the tables have chairs. There was two high top tables without chairs, with where they are stationed I'm not sure if they are more intended for people to set drinks on while waiting for their order. We did see one party having to stand while eating due to the number of customers there during our visit.

This is a brand new Five Guys to the DFW area. Staff was on top of things, though plan on about 20 minutes for your order to come out based on our visit. The couple of changes I would make is that the music is loud enough that it made it hard to have a conversation. Also we noticed the low top tables went quickly and two of the high top tables didn't have seats. So we noticed two tables being ones you have to stand to eat, and my wife helped make sure a group that had a small kid his grandpa had access to the lower table instead of them having to either stand or sit at the high top with the person having a cane.

The food was good but I agree with Linda here- the music was awful and way too loud. There were many employees (8) behind the counter but every single table was dirty, I had to wipe down my own table before we could eat there.Needs to be better managed
