Fiesta Grill

I've seen several negative reviews posted over the last year or so, but I came here last night (Friday) and it was packed! The staff was quite accommodating, our margaritas were STRONG, and our food was delicious as always. I love this place. One of the best Mexican restaurants in town!

I love trying these new small businesses around my town, so I checked this mexican food place out in Ennis. Fiesta Grill was a happy find. I ordered to go because I was ready to be home for the evening, but they had lots of seating inside and a small outdoor seating area. I ordered some beef nachos and they were delicious. The chips and salsa was pretty good as well. The chips seemed made at the store and the salsa too. Staff was less than enthused to be at work it seemed. Would have been nice to actually feel as if they appreciate people coming to work at the place they work so they can get paid, but wth....Pretty nice size parking lot.small lobby area to wait indoors if needed.

Went to Fiesta Grill tonight. Not only was service really bad, my food was horrible! I ordered the chili relleno and it wasn't batter that they deep fried it with. They took two pieces of white bread and put it around it and then deep fried it. When has that ever been a thing? It was thick bread and disgusting. Our waitress never came over to refill our tea, we had to ask for refills and anything else we needed. I tipped her still because its hard time right now for many people but she definitely didn't deserve it.

Mexican restaurants we have plenty here in Ennis and most are just bad. You would think that being in Texas Mexican Food would come easy, but in fact good Mexican food is incredibly hard to get. I'm writing this review knowing full well that I will get heckled from the staff, this is what others have gotten in the past, comments about me being white will be made even, but we came from Spain. The food is without a doubt the worst food we've ever eaten. The vegetables are sparse and not fresh, the meat when offered is the same, Nothing is fresh even the chips are stale, mixed drinks are watered down and alcohol is cheap so be ready for a belly issue. The staff in the from of house is lazy, you will wait, the restrooms are filthy, the tables are dirty the menus are dirty and be ready to drop at least $120 dollars for what you this will be a great dinner for 4. Great location wrong ownership wrong staff. This place has been awful since January of 2020 and seems to get worse, it survived because tourists hit it due to location, most locals don't go there. Now let the heckling begin.

OMG, this place is delicious!!! I. had the stuffed Anaheim peppers with raisins and pecans, out of this world!!!

I don't think that Fiesta Grill gets the love and respect it deserves!! The food is yummy and the salsa is my all time favorite!! I dream about their salsa!! I've gotten so many different things here, that I don't even know which one I would say I like the best!!! And their jalapeño margs are yummmmmy!!!

Amazing!!! Handled my food allergy very seriously. I have to say it again. I can't say enough nice thing about this place!!!!

Fiesta is my FAVORITE Mexican restaurant here in town. The staff is always so welcoming, food is fabulous and their salsa is to die for.

This is our "to to" tex mex restaurant in Ennis. Very laid back (my preference). Service is not always top notch, but what can you expect from a small mom and pop place? Their food is reliable. Their salsa is good. They do charge extra if you get more than 2 baskets of tortilla chips. Their margaritas are really good, especially the on the rocks. I usually get the medium size. I do think their prices are a little high for what you get. Overall, I love the relaxed ambiance. If you want a great server, get the one that has been there for years - she's not a high school server! She's the best one they have. The owners are good. If you get bad service or bad food, do not expect them to make it right....I've seen so many posts where they do not. Just go with the flow!

ordered 3 enchiladas and a large chips and salsa. my total was $23. I get home, they literally gave me 1.2 oz of salsa and 20 chips....this is a large?? not going back.
