It had been too long since my last visit to fattoush. I don't work in the area as often, and I was unaware that they had started opening on Tuesday! Huzzah. I have never actually eaten IN the restaurant, I started doing takeout during COVID and typically pop in to grab lunch. They have really been able to enhance and expand their area. It really speaks to the quality of their food, and the service, that they just keep getting bigger and better. When I came this week, it appeared like they were hauling in what looked like a pizza oven? I don't know, but they are up to something that will no doubt be delicious.Speaking of delicious, the food is SO GOOD. My typical lunch is the shish tawook sandwich. Now, COVID prices are long gone and a sandwich will cost you $7.99, but it is still a good value. It delicious, perfectly cooked, a generous amount of chicken, the wonderful wrap that they crisped on the outside to seal in all the goodness. Golly. That isn't even mentioning the pickles and wonderful garlic sauce that brings it all together. You could put that sauce on some cardboard and make it edible. I even ran into a friend, while I was there to pick up. Because once you know, you know. I am really happy they are doing so well, the best Mediterranean food in Arlington.

Finally went to dine in after several years. I absolutely love what they have done to the interior! Plenty of seating inside, very cozy looking Cafe area, & outdoor seating area (saw a couple people enjoying hookas). Their hummus & baba ghanouge are the best I've had anywhere. This time I finally tried the avocado hummus and it did not disappoint - beautiful, smooth and velvety texture as expected with a very mild, if any, avocado flavor. Pita is always soft and good. Another first this visit was the fried cauliflower (small order pictured) and it was Oh so good! It's not breaded. Nicely seasoned, good portion and served with tahini and a few slices of tomatoes & onion. I didn't think tahini & cauliflower go together but trusted it was served that way for a reason......and OMG a dab of tahini took it to another level of deliciousness. I also got the mixed grill as it's always good and I was craving a few bites of their chicken tawook and rice before taking the rest home to my husband. Thank you Fattoush for another delicious meal. We will be back!

They just got new chairs that are fabulous. I feel like I'm sitting in the owner's living room. I love this restaurant and I've come multiple times. The authentic food is consistently tasty. That makes it less scary to try something unfamiliar. The salad is ginormous. The service is friendly and professional. We were served by 2 women both patient and kind. Neda was very funny and knowledgeable.

It was so good, I wish I lived in fort worth so I can come here more. We ordered the garlic hummus, chicken shawarma sandwich and beef tekka sandwich. My boyfriend didn't like the garlic hummus because he thought it was too oily but I really liked it. We both agreed that the chicken shawarma was the best and the beef tekka was still good but not as good as the chicken shwarma.The prices were really good for the amount of food you get and the service was really fast. The inside was also very clean and cute.
