While I enjoy FatBurger and my review isn't reflective on the employees who are working but more of a call out to the owner/manager (the workers literally been working their asses off since I got here). This is probably the last time in a long while that I attempt to go to FatBurger. Ordered at 6:05 for sit down and here we are a 6:39 and still no food. As well, there 9 people in the place and what's funny is no one has food. There is clearly a prioritization of online orders over people who come in to eat. While the food is good, it's not worth this level of absurdity.Update 6:45 cold burger, cold fries. What a shit show.

Had a very solid burger experience. The 1000 burger had a nice tanginess, and the fries weren't oversalted, which I appreciate. The vegan strawberry shake was also great, and their coconut whipped cream a nice touch. Staff was courteous. I think the prices are a bit high, though. Two burger meals with shakes were $44.Pretty good place for burgers overall.

Stopped in last night w some friends to give it a try. It was a dissappointing experience all around. They blamed a food prep persons for not showing up. They had no onion rings abailable, so we ordered sweet potatoe fries. They ran out of those too. They weee out of ice tea and weren't brewing any more (it was only 7 pm). It took 20 minutes to get everyone's food at our table (there were five of us)with only one other set of customers in there. woke up sick to my stomach in the middle of the night. Will not be going back for a second try..

First time trying this place and it was pretty good. I gave it five stars for service. The guy taking our order was so awesome and friendly. I like when you go in a place and they treat you like family and this felt that way. The burger challenge was no obstacle for my husband who just ordered this as his normal appetite meal. The fries were okay but the burgers are better. They did have a patio outside with table which is a plus. Not many burger places around here with outdoor dining.

Darn good burger.Stopped here for lunch. Nice modern kitchen in the dining area restaurant. Spacious with great natural lighting. From our order being taken (and made correctly first time time, to being served and offered a fork when I was eating a burger topping with my hand, the service was great. Everyone, especially the man cooking the burgers, had a great vibe and friendliness.I got the Jalapeño Popper Burger and shared Chili Cheese Fries with my wife.The burger was amazing, full of flavor and grilled perfectly. I took my poppers off to eat them separate because the burger didn't need any topping, not even cheese. It was that good of a burger.The chili they make here is top notch. The cheese on my fries did melt right after I tookThe picture. Was chili cheese goodness.Will defiantly be back when craving a properly cooked and seasoned burger.

I'm so glad that we finally have Fatburger here in DFW. Although a Californian institution since the 1950's, I first discovered them at the turn of this century on the Las Vegas strip, where I would later move and live from 2005-2011. If you want an old fashion juicy hamburger, hand spun shakes and amazing assorted sides, then please check out Fatburger. Having grown up in the fast food industry, I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. The closest thing I can compare it to is Shake Shack. Skinny people get kidnapped! Get in there today and start eating so we don't have to put out an Amber Alert for you.

What a burger !!! I was craving a burger an sometimes when you choose a random place through yelp it could be great or not so great... this definitely was a win. I got the original burger with cheddar it was delicious the seasoning on it was excellent an the burger was still nice an juicy. We also ordered a order of chili cheese fries now I'm very PICKY when it comes to chili on my fries or burgers for me it's more of a meat sauce with excellent flavors. They didn't disappoint I would go an order a bowl of their chili. Staff was also great the front counter woman was polite an made sure we ordered what we wanted (like I forgot to add cheese to my burger).They delivered or food to us, an when I need something else they were right on the spot. My husband was using his fingers to eat something an one of the staff came an asked if he needed a fork. When it slowed down the cook came out an asked how everything was. The staff was very attentive an friendly.If I could just give them a half of a ding it would be for the chairs they are metal which one isn't overly comfortable and oh I hate the sound of them moving on the ground. But that was my only issue, definitely have plenty of reasons to go back of few more times.

Evening on or about 4/9/2024.I tried emailing Fatburger, but their website is too wonky to accept anything, so I'm writing a review here. I was hoping to let them know so that they could fix what was wrong.First off, the service was absolutely great. The people working there all seem very good and attentive, and very thoughtful. The pricing seems very high for what you get. YMMV.My wife and I each had a hamburger, and I ordered some boneless chicken to go on the side as well. She got onion rings with her hamburger, and I got some shoestring fries. The onion rings and the fries were fine. The hamburger for both hers and mine were WAY overcooked, a dark gray all the way through, no caramelization, And no meat flavor. They were RUINED. On top of that, both hamburgers were WAY OVER SALTED. I'm not talking too much in the way of seasoning, this was just plain salty. I'm talking about so salty that it almost burned to eat. Just to try it, I got the gluten-free hamburger bun. Those things always have a weird consistency, and this was no exception.I also got a banana shake, which was light on banana flavor, maybe because my taste buds were wiped out from the over salted meat.All of the condiments and veggies on the burger were just fine, and the hamburger itself, aside from the bun and the meat, was really pretty good. Like I say, the price was very high, and in our area here, you've got to be a lot better than that. When the price is up there with Twisted Root but the quality is much lower than McDonald's, and I mean much MUCH lower, sadly, my dining out money will not bring me back to FatBurger. I'd give one star, but the people were SO nice!
