I used the yelp app and drove to fat cow. I arrived at 4:30 on a Thursday and they were closed. There were no signs informing customers why they were closed. I left frustrated.

Poor customer service, gave me wrong sides even after they repeated it. Then had an issue when I called the store to complain. Wouldn't even apologize for being in the wrong. They won't ever get my service again.

I'm a bbq junkie, absolutely LOVE bbq and I can honestly say this place was the best I've ever had. I had the brisket, which was so tender falling off the fork. I also had the fat japs and they were suburb! Highly recommend Fat Cow if your ever in Lewisville, TX!

Just had a catering order for 40 people placed - Al is the easiest person to work with and it was a HIT. They even let me pick up before they opened. The whole process was smooth and I can't recommend them enough. The team RAVED about how great it was - we ordered chicken, brisket, sausage, green beans, mac and cheese, and baked beans - and they included the sauces with utensils!!
