This is the best Mexican fast food I have ever hadI've had the Softaco plate and others and it's even better than walk in restaurants Highly recommend!

Honestly was really disappointed in the overall service of this establishment. Price point was very high for some fast food nachos and in the box the nachos barely had any cheese on it. It looked messy which is kind of expected in nachos, but it straight up looked like they ain't gaf. Got the extra cheese on the side with was 2.29 plus tax and they gave me this sample container that was half full with cheese. Ended up paying 25 bucks for some nachos, half a side of cheese and a drink. Overall would not come back, but would like management to step up their game for other customers experiences.

2 Nacho salads, 2 tostadas, a taco and a burrito cost almost $60? And when asked for a receipt, was told "we're out of receipt paper". I know inflation is everywhere, but you have got to be kidding. Looks like the people running your drive thru window either have no idea what they're doing, or they are outright running a scam. Y'all better figure it out.

When expectation meets reality, it's so disappointing. At least they have courteous employees, and because of that, they received 2 stars. I have never been handed a Burrito Express that looked so sad. That's all I have to say. See pictures for the rest of this review.

I paid $2.99 for two crispy chicken tacos. They were tinny tiny little bitty! All that lettuce all those tomatoes and a bunch of cheese with four lil pieces of chicken in each one. This place should be ashamed! Never going back and do not recommend.

This food needs the right staff to be behind its delicious and its abundance of great menu variety..The potential that I know is there over and over each year, remains to be taken advantage. I know the owner sees what I'm saying, I could help you get over that hump possibly if you wish?

The stars are for the food, I would give them 1 star for the price though! $5 for a FasTaco??? And $4 for a taco burger?? WAAAAY OVERPRICED for fast food.

I called fastaco corporate to let them know of this experience and the general manager never even offered an apology. He just wanted to know the date of service so he could pull "tapes" . No call back, no apology, no offer of a refund. "Wow" what a way to run a business. No wonder their restaurant business hasn't grown. If I could give a "0" I would
