Farm Luck

This little place was extremely unique. It's not a huge place but it has decent seating. The customer service was welcoming. I ordered 1/2 California club and a cup of broccoli soup. The food was good overall I probably could have jazzed up the soup a little but it was not bad. I will bring my husband with me the next time I visit and I will definitely try one of the fountain drinks they are known for.

Such a great place to stop when your walking around Waxahachie. I got the tomorrow's bisque soup and grilled cheese with chips for lunch. My friends got a variety of sandwiches. Everyone enjoyed their food. The servers were very try nice even if they were super busy. Service was a little slow but it made for a relaxing time. It has a very small home town feel, would definitely recommend.

This has been a place we go for dessert for years and it has been amazingly consistent. We stopped by the other night after dinner out at a place which had desserts we did not prefer and the wife ordered a banana split. The Split is huge as is the fudge sundae I sometimes order. The place is seemingly run by teenagers which does lead to occasional service issues. I have decided I do not like the screen as you pay that asks for a substantial tip for merely taking an order and calling your name when food is ready because the service is often not that good and can be very slow. In the future I will pay cash and leave a tip on the table if I actually get quick and accurate service. I will definitely continue to make the periodic visit to farm luck and I am glad that it exists.

Came here just for the ice cream. The banana split was HUGE! So delicious. And pineapple preserve that they put on the vanilla was amazing. The brownie fudge sundae was also a big portion and was delicious. The strawberry shake was just that. The service was sooo slow tho but it's run by a bunch of teenagers. They tried to give us someone else's order twice.

It's good, ice cream and service. I recommend when you are downtown you give them a try

The teenage cashier shorted me $10. She was distracted with the phone ringing and failed at multi-tasking. Yes it's partly my fault too for not counting back, but my hands were full with a baby. I would think I could still trust people to do their job. Service has been very slow with very long wait.Food is good ans it's a nice spot for lunch if you are in the square.

A go to place when I have extra time - love their sodas and healthy sandwhiches! A great place to meet up and enjoy downtown Waxahachie!

My sister & I ordered salads (chef & Caesar) and they looked better than it tasted. The dressing didn't enhance anything. Something about the word "farm" made me excited at the thought of flavors and freshness. I was expecting maybe grilled chicken or turkey chopped, instead it was chicken cubes and sandwich meat on top. The young lady who took my order was pleasant and welcoming despite them being super busy. It took longer than I expected to get a salad and the poor waiter was over it. lol My sister did order a chocolate shake and said it was delicious. It's a neat establishment but I won't be returning.

This little sandwich and soda fountain is run by teenagers, so the service was not very attentive, but smooth with no issues. Hubby and I sat at the counter for a couple of sandwiches. The sandwiches were simple with premade fillings and comes with a handful of chips and a pickle spear at about $6 a plate. Good with no frills..

Had to pay cash to avoid credit card fee. Gratuity did not get us any service. Food was fine. Staff friendly but clueless about customer service.
