Ellinya Italian

This is a lovely little unexpectedly classy restaurant in the middle of Corsicana Texas.The ambience is nice and comfy, the waitstaff are nice, friendly and competent.We loved the food. As vegetarians it's often hard to find even one dish let down a selection. It would've been nice to have a few more truly veggie options but what they had was excellent. The eggplant Parmesan was delicious as was the cheese ravioli. If you don't mind eating cheese this is a really good place. Bonus points for having takeout that tastes as good as when you eat in.

Tonight was the second time me and my husband chose to dine here. Tonight we brought our 19 year old who is definitely a "foodie". We all appreciate good food. The service is EXCELLENT. The food is EXCELLENT. The ambience is comfortable and relaxing. Perfect for a special occasion, for a date night, or family meal outing. Everything we've ordered has been fantastic. The calzones ROCK!!! Enough for two meals really. The Trio Special (ravioli, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken Parmesan) was made to perfection. Tonight I chose the eggplant Parmesan and it was one of the best I've had at a restaurant. I cleaned my plate.The rigatoni (Italian sausage, mushroom with pink sauce) was a hit. Corsicana definitely has some gems! We feel so grateful such a good Italian restaurant is located here so close to home. Next time I'll try to remember to take photos of the food before I eat!!

Found this cozy little spot cruising home from Arlington. Descended on them some 20 minutes before closing but that didn't stop Luis Carlos from offering us remarkable service. Personable and knowledgeable, he toured us through the menu like a pro. We opted for veal piccata, chicken parmigiana and fettuccini Alfredo with chicken and all were delivered proudly to our table freshly made. Portions are huge and the recipes authentic. Great little find.

It's always a great experience between the food and service we receive here. Lasagna, Stromboli or any other specials have lived up to expectations!

After many years of coming to this place, I will stop eating here due to really mean owners. Observed being really mean to an employee and terminating her for no reason.

SCORE!!! We were in Corsicana and needed dinner so we took to YELP. Once again small mom and pop did not disappoint!! WOW all I can say is the food as so fresh and so delish! I had a chicken dish and the hubs had pizza. We shared an app too. The staff is friendly and attentive. The daily HH was 3.50 a glass for house wine and it was very tasty too.I am afraid Ellinya has ruined me fortifying any other restaurants in the area. We aren't this way often and when we are we will be coming to Ellinaya

I've been living in this town for 2 years now. Glad I found it, very in line with New York style cuisine. Highly recommend!

All was scrumptious! Manicotti - yummy! Meatballs perfecto! Shrimp far diablo was spicy like my hubby likes. All the homemade flavor brings me back to visits to Italy! Outstanding service and warm atmosphere. Please try it! Can't wait try a new dish when we pass thru Corsicana again!!!

We were traveling and arrived at 8:15 pm. The food was served promptly, yet we didn't feel rushed (despite being aware that they were about to close). We had the Ellinya Chicken Special with a house salad. It was delicious. Adrianna was our excellent server. We will definitely stop again when our travels take us back through town.

We have driven by thousands of times but have never stopped to eat here. We stopped tonight for supper and we were very impressed!! The waitstaff were all super friendly & prompt! The bread was delicious! We had mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. They were so good! The marinara is also very good! My husband and daughter shared the 14" Hawaiian pizza. I had the carbonara. Both were outstanding! We highly recommend this place if you're in the area! We cannot wait to go back!
