Cool place. The menu is a little limited but everything is pretty awesome. I recommend it.

Had an early dinner here, with my mom, and the food and service held mixed reviews. For it to not have been packed, our waiter was very slow and we had to reach out a few times for items but outside of that she was fine. For starters, the salsa and chips were spicy but delicious; however, the guacamole was a let down (had to add salt, pepper, lime) in order for it to be good. We did order happy hour margaritas - on the rocks and frozen - and there was very minimum alcohol in it. I ordered the combo fajitas (corn tortillas) which came with chicken + steak and bell peppers/onions along with the usual toppings. I did enjoy the fajitas- especially the char on the beef! You get a big portion for their regular size - enough for leftovers if you're a small eater. My mom ordered the enchiladas suisas and she thoroughly enjoyed her food - enough for leftovers as well. They offer a varying amount of Mexican items but the salsa was definitely the highlight!

Service was awesome, waitress was very attentive to us. Food was amazing great flavor. The dessert was delicious we got the churros with ice cream. Food was out fast speedy service.

Omg! I wish this place was closer to my house. Loved the ambiance, service, food & drinks! The salsa had a nice kick but flavorful. It had chunks of onion and cilantro. They make the salsa fresh every morning and throw out whatever is left over at the end of the night. For dinner we ordered the Parrillada for two and substitute the chicken for more fajita. The fajita meat and shrimp had good flavor. To drink we had horchata. It had more of a cinnamon flavor, which was very good in my opinion, which I'm not a Horchata drinker. I ordered a Paloma and it tasted like just one that I would make it home. Yes they have squirt. For dessert we got flan. They put a raspberry syrup at the bottom which was very good and also a small thing of whip cream. They also have mariachi band walking around. I would recommend this place and will be coming back again.

Went here for Mother's Day and everything was great. I got the shrimp enchiladas and they were fantastic as well as the margarita de coco. My sisters ordered the pina colada but once they tried my drink they also got one of those because it was so good(and had fresh coconut). It was a really smooth creamy drink and wasn't too strong. They also had fresh agua frescas which my family enjoyed as well (the Jamaica specifically was delicious). Wait staff was great and continuously checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and between the mariachi and the staff who came by to sell us a photo of everyone together it was a great atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time here and will be visiting again!

What an incredible visit! This was my wife's and my first visit to this location. We'd dined at the Dallas Oak Cliff location a few years ago. The Arlington location is very inviting and beautifully laid out. Upon arrival, my wife and I were greeted warmly when we arrived and seated immediately. Hot tortilla chips and excellent salsa was brought to our table. My wife and I decided to share an order of chicken fajitas. After a short wait, we got to dive into some of the best chicken fajitas we've had in a very long time. The food and service exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back for another visit REAL soon. Thank you El Ranchito for a wonderful experience!

The food was excellent, I had tamales my wife had shrimp enchiladas, both were very tasty and fresh. The service was excellent and so was the ambiance

Took my wife for lunch and was a little disappointed. The beef enchiladas I ordered were ok taste like a can of wolf Chile added, must be famous around here cause it should be home made chili con carne sauce. My wife's catfish was very good. I'm a big salsa guy but I give them a 6 of 10 on the salsa. The place was a very cool place to go for drinks I liked it. Overall not bad very friendly and great service.

The salsa has a nice kick to it!! Our server whom I didn't get her name was extremely efficient! She was very attentive & made a recommendation for the Parillada plate!! It came with grilled steak, chicken, sausage & short rib & for $3 more, I added shrimp!! The charro beans are the bomb!!The atmosphere is family oriented, cozy & cutely decorated!!I'll be back to try another dish!! This place is pretty close to authentic Mexican!! I'm from Cali so I'm kinda spoiled with the best authentic!! Jus' Sayin'

Went here on a recommendation needless to say we won't be taking food advice from them anymore. This was our first time so we have a rule to only try the chips, salsa, queso and margaritas before we will say a Mexican food restaurant is good. Only two of those things were good, the salsa and the chips. The cheese is like Campbell's Cheese Soup and then the Margarita was more like drinking straight sweet and sour. We ordered one Fajita steak taco and one Fajita chicken taco. The tortillas are good but the chicken was dry!!! The steak was good. There just wasn't enough good for us to come back, there are way better places to get Tex-Mex. While this place might be good for it's true Mexican dishes, you can tell they don't care to make their Tex-Mex dishes stand out. Other good points - Good customer service
