Einstein Bros. Bagels

Fantastic location and I have NEVER had any complaints with the service or quality of food. Nothing beats the vanilla hazelnut coffee.

Einstein Bros. Bagels finally put a location in Grand Prairie and that makes me so happy. I love me some bagels and the location is super convenient.I had an everything bagel with cream cheese (schmear) and i mean, cant go wrong with that...Looking forward to trying some of the sandwiches they make.Good for Breakfast and lunch.limited parking. Small inside, i don't remember seeing any tables to sit and enjoy there. It believe just a come and go for now.Staff was busy learning and helping customers. I went soon after it opened.Go check it out!

A new bagel place in a great area! It is in a shopping strip off 161, with plenty of parking. I walked in and it smelled great! It was very busy but I was able to order right away & my bagel & iced coffee was ready in no time! Very friendly right when you walk in, & also when you order!I wish this location had vanilla iced chai tea lattes, but they do have some tasty iced cold brews!I love that they have so many choices & flavors to choose from!

I have been to this location at least three times.Management needs to either be revamped or they need to retrain employees. 1) no greeting upon entry2) no help at register for 5+mins (I will order on app if I come back3) pick up orders are priority4) cleanliness is not priority. Just because you are wearing gloves doesn't mean you should move your hair out of face and adjust your glasses and go back to making food 5) orders have been wrong each time. Not a big deal but worth pointing out6) fairly expensive for quality and quantity

Major training of food handling and cleanliness is needed here at the Grand Prairie location.A worker was emptying the container with all of the cracked egg shells by banging it on the inside of the trash can - egg goop flying everywhere. Then it fell into the trash can and he fished it out and put it back on the counter where they were making food! He didn't even wash his hands.They don't use different knives when they cut the sandwiches - so if you have a fish allergy (I do) - you are not safe. My egg white and bagel sandwich smelled like salmon when I opened the bag at home. I had to throw it away.One bagel sandwich, two specialty cheese bagels and a container of vegetable cream cheese totaled $18.50.Also, on the credit card terminal- you can't avoid the tip screen.

Amazing! The bagels were warm and tasted delicious! Great service ! Fast and easy to order and our order was ready less than 3 minutes

My very first time trying out Einstein and I gotta say I was impressed. The brisket bagel to the jalapeño cream cheese bagel were amazing. Nice and toasted very delicious and fresh. Friendly staff and the restaurant was clean. Overall I'd recommend stoping by and getting a bagel 10/10

I suggest you go early if there are specific flavors that you desire. I had the best luck if I ordered in advance the flavors I wanted.

I normally love this place but this time the sandwich was so gross. bacon wasn't cooked and there was a little bug and a long hair.

This location is pretty good. They service is quick and they are nice and you're never just standing around for someone to take your order. Vibes are good, store is very very clean. Coffee bar usually needs restock even when I'm there early. They put a decent amount of cream cheese on the bagel but for me I always wish I had asked for extra
