We went in early January and it was so good ! Fresh pasta in a "fast casual" atmosphere with clean spaces . We ordered several pastas to share as a family . My son's favorite was the Short Ribs Ragu because it was delicious but ALSO because he had fun eating the super long pasta!!!! My husband's and my favorite was the Mushroom & White Truffle oil pasta. We also ordered the ravioli and another pasta which I'm not sure what it was called (husband ordered at the order station). Everything was good. The prices are great for fresh pasta - but, you buss your own tables which is totally fine by us (but some people may not like that)...The wine we ordered was also delicious. The cherry on top was Liam who walked us through the menu, gave suggestions, gave us some background on the concept.

Great location in Lakewood! Clean restaurant with plenty of seating for a quick casual meal. Sadly they were out of a few things while we were there - one of them being apple juice for the baby which felt silly, the other the popular short rib. The kids pasta was like $14 which for a 11 month old is crazy. I'd be happy to get 1/4 of the pasta for a lower price. It was the same size at the adult so I guess it's a good thing it lasted us several meals at home. I had the Bolognese and it was delicious. Side salad had a bit too much dressing for me - will ask for that on the side next time! Staff was very kind and welcoming.

WHAT I ORDERED: Carbonara with bucatini pasta, Bolognese Ragu with campenelle pasta, added ghost chili oil that comes on the side, AranciniPARKING: Shared parking lotINSIDE: Fun framed pictures and quotes decorates the walls and there are two self ordering kiosks but you can also order with the staff. There's a tray of pasta next to the kiosks so you can see what the different shapes look like which is a nice touch. The staff are friendly and offered to answer any questions. The dining area is a mix of a couple booths and low/high tables in side. Patio seating outside is also available.THE FOODS/DRINKS: The carbonara was a bit bland so I preferred the bolognese ragu. The arancini comes in one piece per order and was stuffed with filling which looked good as you open it but seemed to be missing some flavor. The ghost chili oil was not spicy at all and was disappointed with that. I did appreciate the extra parmesan so you can add as much to the dish as you'd like. While the dishes were more on the bland side, the pasta was fresh and perfectly al dente. I would suggest ordering a side salad to help balance out the heaviness of the dishes.

I absolutely love this concept of a build your own pasta bar. Been here twice already and it's becoming my new favorite affordable pasta spot. The food comes out quickly and is always piping hot. Their pasta has the perfect texture and each dish has been seasoned perfectly. I've dined in and ordered take-out and both times the food has been consistently delicious! I like that they even have a protein pasta option. Seemingly casual spot with high quality food!

Been wanting to try this new to Dallas Italian restaurant and today was my son's 43rd birthday so we offered to treat for dinner. My husband is from Rome so we are super picky about Italian dishes and this place did not disappoint! My son ordered his pasta with bolognese sauce and a poached egg. Hubs had the cacio e pepe and my go to so that I know if it's authentic is to order the carbonara. We all tasted each others plates and they were all' magnifico! Started off with arancini and a burrata appetizer and some grilled bread. Everything we tasted was amazing and my hubs is super happy that he has found an authentic and reasonably priced Italian pasta place. We live in Arlington and we will make that drive again. Definitely worth it. Tutto era delizioso!!! Grazie, ci vediamo la prossima volta!

I ordered delivery directly from them, and they outsourced it to door dash. The dasher didn't get my address and had to call me. If I were going to order again I'd certainly do it directly with door dash. The website and logistics were a big pain. The food was not very good. I won't order from here again. Just call piggie pies.

We ordered online for delivery and about half of our order was missing, so we called and drove to pick up the rest. Not the end of the world but not super awesome. The food is good, really liked the pasta, and I'd be willing to give it another shot, just make sure you double check your delivery order!
