Drafts

I love coming to Drafts, especially on Tuesdays for their happy hour! The $5 second-shelf-down drinks are a great deal, and Farrah and the staff always provide an awesome experience. It's a chill spot where I can even play my own music off Tune, which is a nice touch. The wings are fantastic too! Drafts has really come a long way since my first visit, and it's become my go-to for a good time, good drinks, and good people. Highly recommend!

Hard no. 1. How can you try to force people to buy alcoholic beverages in order to get the food deals? For example the wings night. I think that is super insensitive. I understand a drink purchase ( pop, lemonade, etc) but not forcing alcohol 2. I watched a waitress/bartender eat food from the back which I guess was hot... spit it out in her hand and toss it THEN moved forward serving people without washing her hands or sanitizing3. Customer service is just not their priority. Don't waste your time or money here

If you are white do not go to drafts! The waitstaff will not give you the time of day. I sat at the bar and could not get the attention any paying customer should get, but I was the wrong color. I am going to file a city grievance against this establishment. So disappointed that in today's time we still need to deal with this issue both ways black and white. This place is very prejudice. If it was the other way around it would be ugly.

Just awful. Service was the same. Hamburger was ok but was not offered any condiments. Place could be great but it's not.

We visited drafts for $0.75 wing night. The food was fresh, and it was delicious. The flavors were savory and we enjoyed it. The food was hot. The restaurant was fairly empty besides the party going on at the bar. My only complaint was that we ordered chicken tenders for my 7 year old, and were charged an adult order. The kids tenders were $7 and come with a drink. Instead we were charged $12.99 for a chicken tender basket plus $3 for her kid's drink. Mind you- she's 7 and didn't eat much. When asked about it, the server said that she'd entered an adult order to the system. No other troubleshooting was offered. Additionally, I was charged for ten wings when I'd only ordered 5, and brought 5. Just be mindful when ordering to specify portion sizes (even though assuming adult portions for the babies is dumb).

Definitely the last pick of the draft here. Absolutely worst burger, err hockey puck, I've ever been given. Better to be a rookie free agent then ever be in the draft.

Great atmosphere!!! Great service!! Food is ok, but the service andStaff balance it out

The manager, Pete, harassed my friends and I as we were sitting at booth 1. He was rude, degrading, disrespectful and had little regard for my experience at the establishment. He was so arrogant and disruptive he ended up causing one of his staff members to cry with his aggressive approach and offensive rhetoric.

The service was subpar. My waitress was clearly ready to leave. She didn't smile nor make eye contact. I ordered a whiskey & Coke. I was told they ran out of coke. I asked for Sprite. They ran out of Sprite. I ordered Makers Mark, on the rocks. My drink finally arrived and it did not taste like Makers. I decided to order the catfish basket. The waitress asked if I wanted ketchup. I replied, "Of course." She said ketchup costs extra. The waitress couldnt help but laugh out of embarrassment. Ten minutes later, my waitress returns to tell me that the catfish isn't thawed out. After waiting an hour with no food & one drink, I'd had enough. As I'm waiting for my check, an argument erupts and a lady starts throwing drinks. She had to be carried out of the business by friends. The staff didn't intervene & there was no security to act as a buffer or defuse the situatio.If you want to experience subpar service, fights, being nickel & dimed to death with an overpriced food & drink menu by a staff that is unprepared, then I highly recommend Drafts.

Worst service ever, completely unprofessional will not ever be going back based on my experience with the bartenders. Took forever to flag them down. One flat out said no when I tried to place an order. Ordered a fish sandwich and was served a pork sandwich (I don't eat pork/ lawsuit waiting to happen). The list goes on. After complaining, the cook, who happens to be the owners son didn't really do anything to account for the piss poor service and wrong order. Mind you the place wasn't even busy the night my friend and I went so the fact it took over 20-30 mins to place an order and another 30 mins to receive it is mind boggling to me. Root for black businesses and yet so disappointed. SMH. Place is a joke.
