Food quality: AAtmosphere: APrice: BLocation: AThis location has been on my lady's MUST TRY list for some time now. So, I left work early to beat traffic on I-30E to grab us dinner. I ordered our food in advance which was pointless because they don't start preparing your food until you arrive & pay for it.STRIKE 1 This restaurant is easy to find as it's right off the Jim Miller exit take a right at the light, another at the next then a left into the parking lot. The delish smell of bbq smoke hits you dead in the face as soon as you open your car door. The inside is small and clean with a television for guest to watch until their order is ready. They offer a nice selection of beverages (soda, bottled water, and Doe's specialty punch). I waited twenty two minutes after I paid for my order to be ready. I requested the rib meat be chopped instead of left on the bone. As you can see from the photos that didn't happen. STRIKE 2.AFTER I checked my ordered I realized no pickles or peppers came with the fish dinner. After paying for two additional tartar sauces, pickles, and peppers the young lady informed me they were completely out of tartar sauce. Huh?!? How do you offer fish Friday but not have enough tartar sauce made?!? The young lady refunded me my money and apologized. STRIKE 3What I will say is the food overall had a wonderful flavor, tender, moist, and cooked to perfection. This two meat potato was stuffed to say the least. The fish was crispy and seasoned perfectly and who doesn't love homestyle fries?!? All in all this was some top tier bbq and fish, minus the minor details I encountered I would definitely recommend this establishment. Roni's pick

It's not terrible don't get me wrong, it's just not great either. Came here based on the recommendation from Grubbs on IG but can't say that I would recommend this place myself.

The food is good! First time I ordered a brisket baked potato and 2 meat nachos! They both were delicious except I'll most likely order one meat for the nachos because 2 is way too much unless you're a meat lover! Next time I ordered for pickup, the place is kinda small but there is inside seating. Most people there were waiting on their order so I was glad I ordered via DoorDash pickup. The cashier was super nice with a welcoming smile. I ordered the rib plate with beans and potato salad and a 10 piece hot lemon pepper basket. Everything was delicious, the ribs were tender. Beans and potato salad yummy! Oohhh but the wings! Sooo good, they're barbecued with the seasoning of your choice with those homemade fries were so good! Highly recommended! It's a new business, welcome them to the community with your patronage!

Yallllllll! This is the best bbq spot I've had since living in Dallas!! They don't skimp on the bbq sauce like some places, which only pushes you to just buy a cup of sauce... but with this places it's so good! So good that I've went 3 days in a row, and on one of those days I went twice! Go here and order! You can also sit inside and eat if needed

First, let me say that I've never heard of this place before I ordered some food from this establishment for me and my husband. I was just browsing Door Dash and I decided to try it. I am so happy that I did because food was absolutely fantastic! I ordered ribs, brisket, and sausage. The meats were all well-seasoned, tasty, and nicely portioned. I also ordered for my sides, the baked beans, potato salad, macaroni and cheese, for the sides, plus peach cobbler for my dessert. Everything was delicious. I was so happy because trying a new barbecue joint is usually hit and miss, mostly miss. However, Doe's BBQ and More didn't miss at all. I look forward to trying some of the other things on the menu, as well as my new favorites! Get you some!

Our order was shorted and when we called, they blamed the delivery service and said that it's happened before with plate orders being replaced for a baked potato., and the have sent emails to get the issue resolved. Our receipt shows that there were four potatoes ordered, but we only received three and a so-called dinner plate with a roll and no vegetables.

The Barbecue is amazing and service is very friendly I haven't seen thought about going back to the competition

Delivery order so I can't comment on service and ambiance but the food is a different story. I ordered the 3 meat plate with ribs x2, brisket, potato salad and baked beans. I specifically requested not fatty meat as fatty meat makes me throw up. Well the brisket was so fatty. I couldn't tear it up enough to find a bite with even a little fat. Every bite was FAT. Three attempts and it went in the garbage disposal. The ribs were definitely Not fall off the bone. In fact what wasn't fat was cartilage and bone. Very little meat and what meat was present was tough as a boot. The bbq sauce was good. The potato salad was alright but had a funny after taste. The baked beans were very good. Overall very disappointing and I will be going back to Smokey Rose for my ribs. Sorry Doe's. I'll give you another shot is 3-6 months.
