I have been here a few times and each times service were horrible. I visited several times before adding this review but since service was bad each time, I had to share my experience. First visit, they were out of boba and they didn't get my order right, basically got 90% ice and got a sip of my tea. Next visit, I specifically asked for light ice and the girl making my drink didn't even look at my order. She was transferring it to a cup to seal and the cashier told her I wanted light ice. The girl just shrugged her shoulders and with a smirk told the cashier just give me the drink. Mind you, I was the only customer at the time. I won't be coming back for sure. I've been to the location on Cooper and they are top notch compared to this one. Go elsewhere than here.

Love coming to a place that has two words that identify you as a Texan! The tea was good and I like that you can adjust the sugar level. The staff was friendly and attentive! Good tea place and will be back when I'm in town.

Okay, went back today and got the Taro milk tea with easy ice. They were happy to accommodate and even gave me a choice of 50% or 25% ice. So please with my drink and I'm enjoying every bit of it!

The boba is good and consistent, and although the base sugar level is a bit much you can adjust the sugar level which is nice. The service is super fast as well. The workers make the drink as you are ordering and I've always gotten my order within 5 minutes of paying.

Man the service by these 3 men... Phenomenal. Their service towards me was nothing short of kind and treated me like I was family. These 3 workers really know how to treat their customers well. I was shocked by how well they treated me and how kind and patient that were with me. If you guys come here be on the lookout for one of these 3! They'll treat you with kindness, respect, and like family! The drinks too, were excellent by these 3! It was so delicious and I even ordered a 2nd one! And they kept the place clean and tidy too! I'm glad I came while they were around!

We tend to order more than 10 cups at once, but they always pack it quickly, accurately, and with labels so each are recognizable to distribute when we bring it home. Everyone was friendly and the sweetness is pretty high so if you're older and prefer light sugar, 30% is the way to go!
