Del Campo Empanadas

I did a pick up order for Del Campo, however whenever I got there I realized it's better to walk in and place your order. The wait time seems to be the same time, unless it's a huge order. The prices for the empanadas are expensive, so this will be a rare treat for me. I ordered the shrimp empanada with banutella for dessert. The empanada comes with chimchurri sauce which is yummy. The atmosphere is calm and the customer service is decent. Del Campo is a charming local shop that offers various flavors of empanadas and dessert. The shrimp empanada was delicious and the banutella was small but tasty. I look forward to my next visit.

Oh my goodness what a treat! Just happened on this restaurant for lunch as we could see how clean it was from the outside and boy are we glad we did. Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners wife also runs the one in Lewisville so we will try it next as we live closer to it. We tried a mix of empanadas and the meat lovers was great and so was the ham and cheese ones. The desert croissants were delicious also. The vanilla and tres leches yummy! Was so good we brought 2 boxes home see pictures.

I was driving around town and found this empanada shop tucked in a retail center. They sell handmade, Argentinian empanadas. So many flavors to choose from - savory to sweet! Love that you can order one or a whole box. They also cater events! They have bar stool seating and dine in seating if you wanna enjoy your empanadas right away. Overall, friendly staff, amazing service, and will definitely come by again!

Fantastic! Truly Argentinian empanadas. Lautaro was super friendly and kindly explained all the kinds of emanadas they male. I bought a dozen and was not disappointed. My favorite one was the beef empanada. The crust is light and thin, the filling full of flavor. The empanada is enhanced once you put some chimichurri on it. I love that they are packed in a nice sturdy box, make sure you bring it back for your next order.

I'm surprised i don't have a review for this place.This place is located in a unassuming plaza. Honestly, it feels like most of the stores in this plaza aren't doing well, and the parking lot is always empty.I'm willing to bet this place is the busiest place in the whole plaza.anyways, as for the food, i've tried a few of the savory and sweet items.The sweet items are smaller than the savory, and a bit cheaper. But the savory items were decently sized. my favorite is the argentinian beef. What i don't like about this place is that if you want more chimichurri sauce, it'll cost you an extra 2 bucks for a small dip. I completely understand they are a business, but i wish it was given freely or cheaper than 2 bucks. Service is good and friendly.

Now I understand why this place has 5 stars!!!Incredible!!! The Argentine and caprese is the ones I got and with the chimichurri sauce.. INCREDIBLE!!

I've been here a few times and definitely recommend. The owners are from Argentina and the empanadas are so good! We ordered way too many the last visit and now we know our eyes are bigger than our stomachs. The empanadas are very filling and hearty. I love the Argentine beef and the chicken is also delicious. Make sure you get the chimichurri. They also can do large orders if you order ahead of time.

This is my daughter's favorite restaurant in all of the metroplex. Been here several times since discovering it a few years ago. Empanadas are consistently fresh and delicious and the staff is always very welcoming!
