Good homecooked food. Friendly wait staff. They serve breakfast and lunch. I was just passing through town. Great stop.

Bless their heart. The waitress Sheryl was great and did a great job she was so busy but took care of everyone. But the food was probably the worst breakfast I had in a long time you can tell the griddle has not been cleaned in a while or not cleaned properly the food was just bad. On the other hand it was not expensive. Maybe the cook was just having an off day

WE went for breakfast on a week day. They were crowded but service was excellent. Food was prepared perfectly and served quickly. Will definitely go again when in the area.

We went here for a Saturday morning breakfast. The parking log was completely full, so that was the place to be in Glen Rose. The offer a breakfast buffet for $9.99 for an adult. It's relatively modest with the basics, but the wife said the biscuits were really good. I had a pancake, which was ok, some bacon, a sausage, scrambled eggs, fruit, and juice which was extra. The food is simple and plain but if the goal is to fill your belly, it works.The reason for 3 stars is that they do not social distance their tables and few people wore masks. It's a small restaurant so maybe they feel constrained, but it was a concern for me.

If you want a good down home breakfast for a reasonable price this is the place to go in Glen Rose. Very good food and friendly efficient service.

Took our grandsons here for lunch. My husband and I had the buffet and grandkids had burgers. The buffet was solid down home cooking and was good old school diner food. The burgers must have been good, the boys ate every bite. The French fries were outstanding and obviously home made. We will make sure to come back. The people that worked there were super nice and welcoming. Diner was in an old buy, cute and clean. It was like eating at my granny's place.

Best breakfast I've had in years here found here in Glen Rose! Will definitely be back. Sheryl and Debbie were so welcoming. This is a perfect little gem for a diner feel.

Terrible burger and fries. Dirty to go cup lid. Frozen patties rubbery texture. Fries looked raw and under cooked.
