Dan's Seafood And Chicken

Dan's is the go to for the catfish... it's fried just right! I'll recommend this place to anyone that wants some fresh fish. The cool aid is good also & the fries are good as well.

The boil shrimps are my favorite. Please make sure you mix all 3 flavors. I notice their number was not listed the number is 469-917-7887

I don't like leaving bad reviews.. I pondered on this for two days. But it needs attention. I bought to large orders of gumbo around 1230pm or 100pm. I start eating once I got home and the okra was mushy, one of the shrimp were mushy, the chicken had fat on it and I personally do not eat the fat off chicken. But the overall taste was like...it's hard to explain...its like it was on heat the whole shift one day and you had some left over the next day so you keep that on heat all day then you have some left over and this is the third day so everything is pretty much overcooked and the taste is gone. So my total was like 14.00 and something. Didnt want to waste my money so I ate it...picked out parts that didn't taste right... took the other order to work...remember I bought two... oh I pretty much put my own spices to try and make it taste better. Ate as much as I could then I threw it away... I knew if I took it back they were not going to give me anything else nor my money back or make a fresh batch.....Well needless to say I started sweating and ended up having diarrhea at work... There were a lot of people waiting for food from here so that seemed like a good sign to me. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing... fish, hush puppies and okra...idk. It wasn't horrible, it was just very very bland. The tartar sauce was good and they definitely used Catfish vs. Swai, so that's good.

Catfish: Love it. (I'm told they flatten the fish to make it look bigger-- which means there's a lot of breading vs. the amount of fish. So, I wish they would stop flattening it. BUT, it's still really good.)Shrimp: Large. Good.Hush puppies: Good flavor.Tartar sauce: THE BOMB! Love it.

I love this place. I would go more often if I stayed closer. The food is made to order which is awesome.

good food & big portions for a reasonable price! the people are also super friendly. i tried the shrimp, chicken tenders and chicken wings & all three exceeded my expectations! the chicken tenders are super juicy and everything is made fresh!!

Dans seafood and chicken, is a tasty delight- come by anytime day or night- fried fish and chicken or crabs that's boiled- garden salad on the side with olive oil.We'll be quick, to send you on your way. The food? Perfect. Fried and hot. Fresh tasting. Just perfect. I'm 3 months pregnant and needed some good satisfying catfish. I had another place in mind but I am so happy I found Dan's!! My pics do no justice but as soon as he put the bag in my car I smelled it and knew this would kick my cravings a$$. Thanks Dan& nem!! Koolaid is good of course. But the LEMON TEA!! Somebody done showed them something. It was soo on point. Mellow but hitting! I ordered the #2 catfish fillet and the whole catfish plate. Huge portion of fries (not shown in pic as I came for the fish- not the sides lol)

Their food is always so hot and delicious! I love their crab and shrimp seafood bag! I am going to possibly try the salmon today.
