One of the most genuine and authentic restaurants in DFW. I've been a regular for years and the consistency in their exceptional customer service and delicious food is worth making this a stop if you're looking for a quick breakfast / lunch!

So I haven't been to this place for years, and now I remember why I haven't. The wife was craving their chile relleno. She likes the way they make it, old school type of stuff I guess. From what I remember, the only thing I would order from this place was the enchilada dinner, so I decided to get them again. The bottom line, I will not be back ever! The food is just isn't all that. They beans and rice needed seasoning and the enchiladas were, meh.The positive was a great friendly staff and service.

Would give it a 5 but meat in the guisos is cut too big . Mango margarita was okay , but i feel it was not worth 10 dollars.

On 4/30/22 came here for my 2nd time. Took my mom & sis for their 1st time. Our Caldo & Menudo were not even Hot!! Almost seemed as if Soup had been sitting there or it was someones leftover Caldo de pollo & as if they had reheated it a few times cause the potatoes were all mushy in the caldo, had to get them to warm up my caldo & my sis also had to get her menudo warmed up too...smhThey are soooo stingy with their chips & tortillas here & you have to keep asking for more...its not a place neither of us will ever be returning too we all agreed, although service was great & Guadalupe the waitress is such a very sweet waitress & we loved her so much! But, so much needs improvement with quality of food they put out cause warm or tepid caldo just doesnt do it!!!Years ago I ate here once before I can now remember why I kept driving by this place for years...But, we thought we would give it a try & its not a place you would ever brag about or feel like you would want to come back too...the chips are not even Authentic they taste like tostitos chips & although the Salsas taste pretty good the chips just dont do the salsa any justice. So, on our search for another Great Mexican or great Tex-Mex place to go eat at...any suggestions are welcomed!Oh, also on this day there were 2 guys near us at a booth sitting together & my mom happen to see 1 of the guys find a huge shard of broken glass in his Mango margarita we were in such disbelief...anyways we all tried to make light of it & although it was awful to think that he could have cut his mouth or tongue we were glad nothing serious happened to him...I cracked these guys up so much one of them even snorted like a lil piggy when he laughed at my jokes & you know who you are if you guys ever read this...And "member, you member" like Jorge Lopez would say...lolWe even cracked up about the margarita being so weak in alcohol that we said it was a "juice box" you were drinking or sunny delight, non-alcoholic & we went on & on about it...I cracked yall up about using Salsa Valentina or Salsa & you guys remember how I told yall to use it...and "member, you member" I even changed my eye glasses & told yall I'd represent yall...We mentioned El martio mexicaño, Brian Loncar & so on & so on...lmboWe wished we would have gotten your names you guys were so sweet & funny too...1of yall or both of yall when you passed by our table to leave...Momma said yall smelled so nice & how funny that We had just came from the mall and I bought "One in a million" cologne for my sons birthday this week...sure wished I would have asked you what you were wearing & gotten your names so we could all go to our next Mexican restaurant adventure & crack up the whole time through especially just to hear your friend snort like a lil piggy when he laughs so hard...you both were very handsome, funny & sweet!Let us know if you find another place so we could try it out with yall too!Sorry you had a bad experience too & wonder if they charged you for your tab at all?

Trash fajita nachos. Lived in the area for 20 years and realize why we really don't come eat dinner here. How do you screw up fajita nachos? Meat was flavorless, dry almost like jerky. And the red sauce in hubs enchiladas was yuck. Now their breakfast isn't bad. No more dinners for us here! We did enjoy our horchata..
