Crumbl - Mansfield

The young man that created my yummylicious box of cookies was friendly and the service was super fast!We got one of each to share...new ones I had never tried, Fall flavors (Maple Cinnamon Square, Carmel Pumpkin, fried ice cream with what appears to be cornflakes on top. Is this a state fair homage?) And the raspberry cheesecake...not my cookie thang, but my kiddo loves it! We have had brownie batter before and we still love the chocolate chip!

Always fun trying new cookies. The store was clean and bright! I loved how they had real cookies on display to make choosing a little easier. The cashier was helpful and quickly able to give us ingredient information from the product description cards.We had to try the Guts cookie that was available this week in partnership with Olivia Rodrigo's concert in Dallas. It's only available in cities when she visits. The Guts cookie is served cold, includes vanilla frosting, sprinkles and a raspberry filling center. We also had a strawberry cream, brownie batter and Cookie Monster style cookies.

They are always very quick with making orders despite amount of people in store. The cookies are always pretty good but I can never finish it at once as they are very heavy and some are almost cake like. I got the Olivia Rodrigo cookies and really like it!

I love cookies and Crumbl is my cookie weakness. Although there have been a lot of glitches in the app which has been annoying, their subscription program and Crumbl cash make up for the glitches.

My teenage niece was suffering from a broken heart so I popped into Crumbl to pick up some last minute cookies. Their ordering kiosk were easy to use and the pick up process was super efficient. I was in and out in no time. I love the lemon poppy seed cookie!

This was my first time visiting this location, I like this location over the one-off of 360. That is mostly due to the ease of getting there, the traffic is less and the parking doesn't stress you out. The lucky charms, out of this bunch, was my favorite. I love "gooey in the middle" cookies, and this cookie hit the mark. It wasn't overly sweet, and it reminded me of a macadamia cookie (my favorite). The chocolate mint cookie was great, but a bit too rich and packed with icing and fudge that made it a bit too sweet for me. The sugar cookie, that's always my go-to. They can't ever get this one wrong, at least, I hope not. I love Crumbl!

I Love the way these cookies crumbl! The little pink boxes are so cute and the cookies are delicious. Great customer service and friendly staff. I purchased the oatmeal ft. rolo topped w/ caramel and chilled chocolate covered strawberry cookies. The oatmeal ft. rolo topped w/ caramel is the Winner! I will purchase this award winning cookie everytime I visit, if it's available. Each cookie was $3.98. Very pricy, but believe the HYPE crumbl cookies is worth a visit.

This is my third Crumbl I've visited. If you have tried Cumbl you already I Le what to expect. This was the first time I actually used the computer to order as normally there's no line so I would walk straight up. This wasn't the case today but our order was ready before we fully checked out. We completed our payment but was adding our points and they were calling our names. It was really cool.They had snickerdoodle which was really good. Could only eat a little bit at a time. The crunch one was okay. I think I wanted it to taste like the star crunch but it didn't.

Young employees don't seem very knowledgeable or interested in doing job. Prices seem high.

Daughter's are big fans. It's fun to try the new creations. Usually pretty busy when we go, so must be good
