Crumbl - Cedar Hill

Food, service and ambiance is always great. I'm not the only person that feels like this because the revenue (business) line with customers is always a giving profit. lol! Great job to the workers on the consistent of the great cookies.

My favorite cookies! I'm sorry I love soft cookies. I'm a sucker and these are so good. Customer service is good as well. I like the fact that you can go in and use a kiosk to order your cookies. They also have a screen that shows what place you're in line.

I got cookies from this place as a gift from a coworker after I said had never gotten to taste them, previous story tells why. Soft & mushy I gave them to the warehouse workers. I didn't miss anything

Good customer service. The cookie was a bit dry. Perhaps will try another selection and see how it turns out

What a concept! Giant cookies to go on a rotating weekly menu and finally in a strip mall that I frequent. Open about a month, we thought we would check out Crumbl. I was all for getting just one cookie for $4 and sharing it; but my husband wanted the 4 pack for $12 and some change. They have a cramped entryway with a couple of ordering computers to the right in Cedar Hill's Crumbl. You can skip them and go straight to the human with the cookie display - chocolate chip is always a choice - who can walk you through the procedure. She was very friendly and informative. The generally open kitchen was all a buzz on this busy Friday evening. Crumbl caters, too, with a smaller size cookie and I saw a lot of personnel. We made our choices, waited only briefly and were on our way with a long warm pink box.We decided to have the chocolate lava cookie before we left the parking lot and it turned out to be the best cookie of the four. Brownie like with a truly molten middle, I loved it. At home, I loved the others not so much.You can watch Crumbl's online video and see better cooked cookies. The cheesecake frosted Teddy Graham with its adorable little bears was the least cooked. The flat Peanut Butter had no reason not to be done nor did the Milk Chocolate Chip for that matter.Perhaps this team isn't ready for their brisk business, but these really big cookies need to be cooked! No raw dough for me please!

Friendly customer service, clean establishment same luv bac bac home. That's pleasing to know, exceptional service is a standard, a norm for the business across the board.. the cookies were delicious and as you kno they mix up the flavors monthly.. delicious per usual

I was walking out of Home Goods when I smelled the amazing cookies being baked at Crumbl! I couldn't resist and purchased a box of 4 cookies- s'mores, chocolate chip, chocolate cupcake, and a triple berry cobbler (my favorite). it was easy to order on the ipad and they had my cookies ready within 5 minutes.

These cookies are so good! And I love that the menu changed weekly. You never get bored with the flavors. Packaging is cute, customer service is divine, and taste is amazing! We are customers for life... lol.

The cookies are okay, but the cakes and brownies are amazing! The tres leches cake is by far my favorite!

For one, I am not a fan of soft cookies. The icing is very sweet, and there is too much going on. I will stick to baking my own.
