Does one think pasta and fancy wine at the airport? Probably not but people need to rethink that! If you have the time I suggest Cru. The meatballs are outstanding! I ordered the Italian flight. I loved it. The music playlist is awesome and the place is very cute and welcoming. I'll be back for sure next time I come through Dallas.

Love this place, the wine flights are wonderful. Love, just love the champagne flights. The cheese boards are awesome and pair nicely with the wine selection offered.

I was excited to eat here as this is one of my favorite places in the airport, but today was a letdown. When I arrived, they were still closed even though their posted hours on here and their website said they opened hours ago. When they finally opened, there was no staff in sight. I loudly said "hello" 4 times before a grumpy girl stuck her head out from the back and said "yeah, yeah. Sit down". About 5 minutes later a much friendlier girl came out to get my drink and food order. Today I started with the Everyone Loves Bubbles flight and the charcuterie plate. All 3 glasses of the bubbles were unique and refreshing. The charcuterie was nothing special. The cheese and salami were standard grocery store finds. The prosciutto was disappointing. It was tough, thick, and dry. It almost had a consistency of jerky and was hard to eat. I also had the prosciutto sandwich. I ordered all my food at once: if I would've known what the prosciutto was like I would've never ordered the sandwich. It had the same hard to eat dry, tough prosciutto and very little cheese. The basil pesto on it was delicious but unfortunately could not save the sandwich. To close out the meal, I had the chocolate cake. If you are a chocolate cake lover, this is a do not miss food item. The cake was light and moist and very rich and chocolatey. I hope that my next visit is much better than this one.

Despite the tiny restaurant, Crú manages to have a cozy atmosphere. We choose Crú over other DFW options since the menu looked more interesting. The food was mixed. I liked the pepperoni pizza, which was enough for two people. But the other person in my party was disappointed by bland mushroom & quinoa wrap. Humorously, he did say that he liked the fench fries. The other downside is the expensive prices, but that's classic DFW.I would come back again to try more of the menu, especially the desserts.

I left my wallet here with 150$ cash. They put it in their safe and I got it back with all the cash. Great service people.

Excellent service. The two ladies worked as a team to serve the whole place. My server charged my phone, recommended the BEST Cabernet and food. If you are in terminal D flying American you absolutely need to visit Cru, you will be taken care of. Recommendations: wine flight, Cabernet or ask for recommendations, the grilled cheese and tomato soup, salmon salad and don't skip the chocolate cake!

This is an incredible "airport" restaurant and wine bar! How exciting to know you can get good food and wine while waiting for your plane! We sat at the bar and were able to have our wine flights in front of us. The food was delicious and our servers were exceptional! We had missed our connecting flight to Buenos Aires the night before, so were in the mood for some nice wine and food. We weren't disappointed. Unfortunately, we're from California, so don't have any Cru's nearby. Next time I'm in the Dallas area, I will seek one out. Very pleased!N

Waiter was exceptional! Really nice and interactive. We thought this place looked really chill and upscale. Love the decor. It doesn't feel like you are in an airport. Wine selection is good. The food was great. Really liked the goat cheese beignets and the pear Gorgonzola pizza. Nice find while traveling.

I know, I know, we all hate layovers. We just want to get from point A to point B with as little fuss as possible. But don't sleep on having a long layover! Recently, my hubby and I had a layover at DFW. We came in from an international flight and after all of the customs, security, bag re-check insanity (a necessary evil, I get it), we still had time to kill so we went to Cru for a nice, calm sit down meal. First, let me say that the food was delicious. We shared the charcuterie board and it was so good. It had apples, grapes and pears along with the meats and cheeses and all of it was super fresh and added lots of flavor to the wine I tried. I had the Prosciutto Sandwich and it was great. However, I have to say, that it was a little too salty. The flavors meshed well though, and everything tasted fresh, but I couldn't finish it due to the saltiness. My hubby had a pepperoni pizza and it was amazing. The sauce was delicious, incredibly tomato forward and it didn't taste like the big-batch, chain-like flavors associated with food at fast turn around restaurants that don't cook anything from scratch. I tried a wine flight and it was the one that had wines native to Texas. Unfortunately, I can't remember the names, but I can say they were just ok. I wouldn't order the same flight again because I am a bit of a wine enthusiast and the wine was not the best. They had other options, however, and the list extended far beyond Texas wines. But it was still good and added to the relaxing experience. Our server was very kind and attentive and the restaurant was clean with a wine "library" feel. It was just a great little stop in terminal D.

For being at the airport, the food, service, and ambiance are quite good. Very disappointing that this location charges a fee to use a card for payment. Right pricing menu items to cover the cost of doing business would be a better strategy and much more ethical.
