Crossroads Cafe

Only been there twice since recent opening, both times for lunch on a Friday (around 1pm). Both times ordered daily special (fried catfish w/2 sides). w/iced tea. Fried catfish is off the hook! 2 large fillets, not greasy, thick cuts, and no "fishy" flavor. Hush puppies: great flavor but small and chewy. Iced tea not over-steeped. Servers are friendly, dining area and restroom are clean. Try this place, you won't be disappointed. A nice alternative to the many surrounding fast food joints.

The Crossroads Cafe... It Sucks... I had the Chicken fried steak No flavor. Mashed potatoes was a small ice cream scoop that was cold the Gravy was more of a Paste of flour and water and then the... Cornbread a brick of sawdust would have been better Oh and the Pinto beans just a step up from the dirt they came from... Over All Taco Bell would have been Better...

Even though the place was packed, they were able to seat our party of six very quickly. The food and the service was outstanding. Can't wait to go back again, and I will be taking friends with me again!

Food is great. Service bad at 7 in the morning. Poor man sitting next to me could not get a fork to eat his breakfast took mine which was not used
