Crazy Cajuns

Walking around the whole building, and came back to this one as it seemed the most appealing. I wasn't let down. If you are a fan of catfish, this will probably be some of the best seasoned catfish you've ever ate. Their fries aren't anything special, but fortunately they're not the stars of the show. If you had to pick one place to eat here, get the fried catfish from here.

A nondescript building next to Shed 2 in the Farmer's Market. A complementary appetizer of new potatoes was nice surprise. My cup of gumbo was piled high with shrimp, sausage, chicken and ham. Not spicy, but still tasty. The fried shrimp plate came with 8 fair sized, lightly battered shrimp and a pile of fries. Very good and filling. All sauces are handmade and are great. Liked the place a lot.

The pistolettes are out of this world! The owner was there and was very friendly you out little family. Great Cajun lunch!

We were here their second day of business for the soft opening so it was a little unorganized. However the food was delicious and very authentic and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely come back and see if their processes have smoothed out.
