This place is five star amazing. Had birthday brunch here and it was the best way to begin birthday day festivities! Amazing service with a smile and a gift card when we departed- can't forget the free dessert as well- All of our orders were delicious and plentiful. We've tried the Plano location and it was incredible as well. CraftWay is doing it the right way! We had a wonderful time! Thank you so much.

A group of us were in Frisco to attend a musical production at one of the high schools and decided to go out for some bites after the musical. It'd give us time to visit with our dear friends. Since my wife and I had dined at CraftWay Kitchen previously, we recommended dining there afterwards. Fortunately, I had made reservations for our party, the restaurant was hopping and bustling with diners.Upon arrival, the hostess greeted us warmly and seated us immediately even though we were a bit early for our reservations. Our two friends were amazed at the 'depth" of the menu and all the entrees they had to choose from. Our server Michael and greeted us in a very friendly manner. He also called our attention to the blackboard specials. One of them in particular caught my eye, redfish and grits. How can you get better than that?My wife decided to order the tomato soup and grilled cheese. What a brilliant menu item to have on the menu. I decided on the redfish and grits. Our friends each ordered the turkey burgers with sweet potato fries. I ordered an Old Fashion. CraftWay has an incredible bar area and selection of bourbons. The Old Fashion was phenominal. After a short wait, and wonderful conversation, our entrees arrived. Our friend's turkey burgers was spectacular according to them. My wife LOVED her grilled cheese and tomato soup. My entree, the redfish and grits, was good but seemed to be swimming in butter or oil. There was a bit too much fat on the plate. The fish was also under seasoned according to my tastes. But overall, it was good. All of us had a wonderful time dining at CraftWay. Michael, even though he was busy, took excellent care of us. CraftWay, we'll be back to visit you again when we're in Frisco.

I'm happy I visited Craftway Kitchen! This crab cake addict was super excited after seeing the " jumbo lump crab cake" on the menu. This spot gave cute neighborhood bar and grill vibes and is located in a strip mall area in a busy part of Frisco. I went in around 5:15 pm ish and was sat right away. It didn't take too long for the place to be packed, and for the wait to start which is usually a good sign in my opinion. I arrived during happy hour which was a bonus, I had to grab a glas of vino for a lower price! My crab cake was yummy and fully of lump crab meat. I prefer my crab cakes with a little less filler but the taste was still delish! My server was attentive and knowledgeable. My experience was an overall pleasant one!

Craftway is one of my local Frisco favorites! The staff is wonderful, always a warm and friendly. Ambiance is great - open, fun, a little noisy, busy bar, upscale neighborhood eatery. My favorites on the menu are the French Onion Soup, and the Fish Sandwich. Their salads are ridiculously good as well. Along with everything else... Oh yeah, excellent drinks as well!!

Comfort food doesn't have to be boring. Here it begins with a friendly smile, buzzing laughter, tables full of family and friends. Everything I'm craving is on a smartly edited brunch menu (which they're apparently known for), and if you're having trouble deciding, LC knows what's best. Beignets may not be NoLa-made, but they are nice and chewy, a perfect sweet starter to share 2 or 3 ways. The Cajun Shrimp & Grits were delicious - cheesy, little chewy bits, not a bit gummy, complimented by a roasted peppercorn sauce that blended up nicely with large bites of bacon. Leaving with that warm and fuzzy feeling after good company, great service, and a wholesome meal.

Hubby and I love this place we've been a few times. This last time we got a frozen flight and it was full of deliciousness. The grilled cheese and soup hit the spot on a cold day. We were to full for desert but the menu looked amazing.

10 STARS!!! If you want your family to be treated like family- eat here! We were treated with so much kindness and love, it was amazing! We made a reservation for 13 people day of, on a Saturday night and they accommodated us like it was no big deal! The restaurant was packed but they made it work and made sure we were happy and had a wonderful time. We had Maddie as our server and she was wonderful. She cared for us well, answered all our questions and helped us pick what we should eat/drink by sharing her personal favorites. The manager was an amazing woman who loved on our kids, chatted with us and shared about her own personal family. The staff treated us so well, it made us feel loved and cared for. We loved everything we ordered and so did our kids. Wedge salad, chicken parm dip, fish sandwich & more are so yummy! You can't go wrong going here! The restaurant is elevated yet cozy at the same time. It's a must stop for your next meal out!

Second time here - first one was the Plano location. This one seemed more cozy. We were in a rush and let our server know - probably not the best way to start a meal and he did seem a bit annoyed at first, but he was hustling! Restaurant was busy and he had multiple tables. Great service. You have to try the candied bacon...we also had the chicken parm sandwich - another win! Overall, great elevated American food that you shouldn't be afraid to try. Well worth it. Chicken and fig sandwich was amazing.
