Snow crabs come in a pair of clusters. A cluster consists of one claw and 3 legs conjoined by half of the snow crabs body. Each cluster weighs 10 ounces, so each pair is 20 ounces, which is 1.25 pounds. Snow crab clusters are precooked and frozen.
King crab legs are spiky and have softer shells than the other crabs. Each pound yields 3-4 legs and may contain claws too. King crab legs are precooked and frozen; they are caught in Russia.
Brown shell clams come pre-cooked, frozen and are pre-portioned. It is impossible for us to served undercooked or raw clams because they are already cooked. Two pounds yield 22-40 clams.

Terrible food, terrible service. Even the waitress gave us a heads up that the food wasn't up to par. We should have took that as a sign and left but we were determined to eat crawfish. They ONLY season the outside, and the spicy was pure spice no flavor. It was actually a shame. Highly DONT recommend.

I recently visited Crab Station late in the evening and ordered one of their seafood bundles, which included Crab Legs, Crawfish, and Shrimp with extra spicy seasoning, along with corn and potatoes. The food was absolutely delicious! Nowhere in Dallas have I found a place that knows how to season their seafood as well as Crab Station. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the spice level was just right. I will definitely keep going back!

Arrived 3 minutes before happy hour was over. Got the happy hour drink deals. Mexican lollipop shots were delicious. House margaritas were huge (not enough liquor though) just tasted like margarita mix. WE DEVOURED the food, the food did NOT stand a chance. The medium sauce was not spicy enough for me. Would have liked more of a spice but it was still really tasty. Quick service, really friendly staff, great music. Definitely recommend.

Their daily specials are unbeatable and made the experience even better.Monday Special: I tried the 2 clusters of Snow Crab (1.25 lbs) for just $24.99. The crab was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. On Tuesday, their Buy 2 lbs. of Crawfish, Get 1 lb. Free deal was irresistible.Drink Specials: The $5 shots all day every day (like Green Tea and Lemon Drop) paired perfectly with the meal. Their Happy Hour (12 pm-6 pm, Mon-Fri) features $5 margaritas and $1.50 oysters, which I'll definitely be back for. Also, Sunday Funday with $4 mimosas is a must!The staff was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance made it a great place to enjoy seafood in the heart of Deep Ellum. Don't waste your time. Took forever to be seated and another couple was served before us after just seating themselves while we were told to wait. The music was LOUD and vulgar. The vibe felt more club like than restaurant. We had the Rockefeller oysters and they were really good! The boil was overpriced $75 and the shrimp were not cleaned! Overall not worth it.
