Wanted a quick grab and go sushi but they were out at the grocery store so I stopped here and I'm glad I did! The sushi was super fresh and absolutely delicious. I can't believe it took me 4 years to finally try them. I will definitely be back. Sorry the food went down so fast I didn't get pictures this time but next time I will.

Great food...best dragon roll I've ever had. Love the Japanese menu items (gyoza, chicken teriyaki, etc) too. And great service. It's in an odd location (strip center next to Albertsons)... don't judge a book by its cover.

We had not planned on eating at cowtown sushi but after standing in the doorway of Sushi Sam for 10 minutes unnoticed we thought we would give it a try.Upon arrival you are immediately greeted with a wonderful waterfall. A hostess sat us quickly in the only remaining two top in the place.It was Saturday night around 7 PM so I wasn't surprised by the ground. Lots of families with children. This is also not a surprise as they are next door to Urban Air.They have a modest beer, sake and wine list. I opted for the Sauvignon Blanc and it paired well with our beef fried rice and fancy sushi roll. I also had a piece of salmon and a piece on tuna and boy is the wasabi fresh.The wait staff constantly checked on us and we enjoyed our meal.This place is on the smaller side but it is intimate enough for date night.

I Love Cowtown Sushi!! They have the best and freshest salmon sushi and sashimi I have ever had! Every time I order it, it's amazing.
