Cowboys Red River

I brought my cousins from Italy to Red River to give them the stereotypical Texas experience, and it was hands-down their favorite part of the trip.If you're looking for a fun time and a chance to meet some great people, I highly recommend Red River. It's also perfect if you just want to dance and work on your two-step skills. The vibe is versatile--some people are hanging out with friends, while others are in their own world with headphones on.With everything from beers to a dance floor and even a bull ride, there's something for everyone. I can't wait to go back!

I feel like this club is more for the white people audience (Coming from a hispanic), idk i just felt out of place. Ambiance is pretty decent i guess

Cowboys Red River is sort of a Dallas landmark. I consider it a cowboy club for people who aren't cowboys. Arrive early if you don't want to pay a cover (check their website) and be ready to show ID no matter your age. They have a large, free parking lot but it fills up fast (at least it does on a Friday night). They post events on facebook and there are specials on weeknights. On Friday nights, they play two step county only, with some live acts interspersed. By 10, it has pretty much switched over to club music with freestyle dancing and fake smoke. Several bar areas for drinks, two sets of bathrooms and a mechanical bull to ride.

We came here from out of town and had a good experience! I called ahead and booked a table for 15 a few days in advance, and I'm glad I did since the place was packed.We got the $75 birthday package on Saturday which gave us free cover and 10 drink tickets + a free bulk ride. Totally worth it!The dance floor is around a bar which was fun. No line dancing aside from a pretty bad attempt at Shivers But there were some steal circles and plenty of good dancers there which made it fun.Overall a great place for a group, and couples dancing. Lots of people asking to dance.

This is my go to spot for country dancing. It is reasonably priced, especially if you go before 8pm, it is a free entry. Plus they give free country dancing lessons around 7pm. It has everything you would want from my country dance hall/bar. They have two set of big bathrooms, large dance floor space, billiards, and a bull riding machine. Their service was appropriate and professional. It's not all perfect, sometimes it gets really crowded, and the people can be rude, and the place could be a little cleaner. Though, it is what you would expect from a bar.

We were looking for a fun dance saloon while visiting Texas. This place did both disappoint. Had a blast learning to dance and meeting new people. Highly recommend this place is you are looking for fun!

We came out of town to listen to country music and dance. When we walked up , we saw a lot of half dressen women with barely anything on top, but we were turned away because our friend wore a sleeveless button-down top. This is totally discriminatory. We were very offended. I'm not coming here ever again.

Great country bar/dancehall. Pool tables are available and there are several small bars all around so theres never a big wait for drinks. Live music and free dance lessons.

Cowboy Red River was awesome fun! You don't have to know how to dance you can be entertained by the amazing talent! So much fun to watch and I totally enjoyed dancing. There are several places to purchase beverages and the servers are super friendly and happy. Love the energy.Go early and grab a good seat. if you want to leave before midnight or stay all night is up to you. Guaranteed to have a great time! Don't forget to grab a hotdog outside. You will love them!
