Cousin's Back Porch at DFW Airport

Pretty decent for airport food.We had a couple of brisket sandwiches (moist rather than lean) and tried the beans, street corn and mac and cheese. (Corn was spicy but tasty).

Great little bite and beer before you head out on your flight! I had the Cajun chicken po' boy and it was great. It wasn't authentic Cajun or the best I've ever had but it was fast and sure did beat the cold deli sandwich for the same price right down the way!

Conveniently located next to gate B43 (my departing gate) with lots of seating I decided to give it a try. There was not a line (but there should be) and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I was impressed they sliced the brisket right in front of me! The nachos were delicious - the garlic chipotle aioli was flavorful but a little too spicy for me. The brisket was perfect. I also ordered a lemonade and was pleasantly surprised to learn they offer free refills. Definitely recommend Cousin's if you find yourself in Terminal B! Order at the counter and grab a seat - there are several large tables that encourage communal dining, also bar seating and more.

Great service at the bar with Sarah. This local gem is near a gate I frequently fly out of, so it is an easy choice for me. My only beef (and they serve a lot of beef and other meats) is the vegetarian options are few and far between. However, I get it - that is not their specialty. I will always come back for great service and drinks.

Dropped by here because it is literally right next to my gate AND I am still hungry after leaving another "Texas BBQ" joint here at the airport that just charged me an exorbitant amount of money for crappy bbq and mediocre service! I got an order of the same meat I ordered at the other place but I also got an order of their greens.Both items were delicious and the service was Texas Friendly!The prices are about the same but hell if you're going to charge me high prices make the food worth it, if you're wanting Texas bbq drop in to Cousins BBQ in Terminal B.

Thank you fellow yelpers for leading me here!This laid-back, little, one-woman show is located at the end of terminal B and makes a perfect respite from the hustle and bustle! Listen to some jazz, watch the game and relax while you enjoy some tasty drinks and Cajun food, like po' boys, gumbo and red beans and rice.The red beans and rice were spicy and flavorful and the hazy IPA was fresh and hoppy. If you need a calm place to relax before a flight I highly recommend you check it out!

It was expensive, but that's airports for you. They also didn't put any sauce on my brisket sandwich and I had to ask for a side of it. I mean, you could do a lot worse in airports, but you could do a lot better for barbecue in Dallas.

First lets start with the people awesome, and helpful. Now for the part you need to know if you are hungry. The food for such a well know brand in Texas was simply put just bad. Not what I expect from well know Texas bbq establishments. People 5 star food a one at best.

$15.95 for bread and two small pieces of brisket. Literally looks nothing like the menu pic. Never again

Food was average tasting. No zest to sauce, portions small, beans were bland.The biggest issue is that what I saw for price at the checkout was different than what was charged to my bank. $35 order was charged $53 to my card.Disputed but this shows the level of service and care.
