Country City Grille

Love this food truck. I've found them at the Switchyard Food Truck Park in Saginaw but you can find their locations on their social media. I have loved everything I've gotten from them but the fried pork chops are my favorite. I've never gotten a good picture because I only remember after inhaling the food.On Sunday they have Soulfood Sunday plates which come with an entree, 2 sides, a roll or cornbread and a drink. Like I said the fried pork chop is my favorite but my husband has also loved their hamburger and gravy and meatloaf. I also have tried their baked chicken and fried wings and they were all tasty. The sides...all of them are SO GOOD. You know the saying "they put their foot in it"? Well, they put their foot in it. All of it. Each of their sides are packed with flavor (from the meat, so be warned it is not vegetarian!), their collard greens are my favorite but only because they literally have the best greens I've found here in Texas. But, everything else is delicious! We have tried the collards, the southern fried corn, baked beans, sweet potato, Mac and cheese. Everything was a hit. Friendly staff and you can tell they just take pride in their business. It shows in every aspect.

Ginnie and Rico know how to cook for real for real. Everything that I've had from there has been awesome! I love their "Soul Food Sundays". I ordered the Fried Chicken wings, collard greens, and black-eyed peas.

I have to say I'm a foodie and I just tried this new food truck country city Grill. I had there classic bacon cheeseburger it was delicious with Hot fresh fries I'm so glad I stopped by for dinner. I found a good homecooking food truck in the neighborhood we need more food trucks in this area . I will be be back tomorrow to try the meatloaf so until tomorrow with another review. Thank you. They understood the assignment!! The food was DELICIOUS! I got the grilled chicken melt & fried catfish with fries. Both plates were good. Everything was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The best part is they're a black owned business!

Never again... So I was driving and saw this food truck so I decided to try it out(bad mistake) the line was SUPER long! Then when it was my turn to order they ran out of Mac and cheese!Then when I ordered my food I gave her a $20 bill. She said "omg you really have to give me a $20 bill, gosh.After a very long wait I finally got my food COLD! I went to my car and dug in COLD I went back and I told her the problem and she said"well what do you want me to do? I cant take food that's been eaten from already!" So I went back to my car and drove to my house. Had to HEAT IT UP IN THE MICROWAVE!" Never will eat again don't waste your money!

You would think that if a business is no longer open that they'd have the decency to update it their information on Yelp. I wasted my time, my gas and energy searching for this place at the address listed only to find nothing. Phone number was no use either. Thanks for wasting my time.
