What a pleasant surprise. If you are looking for a unique twist on classic east coast Italian dishes, look no further. The locally-sourced, fresh pasta ( perfectly cooked) makes the entrees even more impressive. The chef knows pasta, with a light touch on the salt and pepper. The staff and proprietor, Craig, are very helpful guiding you through the menu and extensive wine list. The bar is large, great ambiance, even if you are just drinking and watching sports, which are always on, but w the sound turned down, which is appreciated. We will be back. Check it out. Chip

Service was average and wasn't ever asked how the food tasted. The prime rib was a Monday special, but very average in flavor. It could be seasoned better. The bolognese was lacking deep flavor and the bread was too soft, no crunch and also lacking good flavor. It was about $82 for the two entrees without the old fashioned drink (+$12). Honestly could get a better bang for your buck elsewhere.

Copper & Vine is a really nice restaurant that mixes fine dining with a casual experience in the Las Colinas neighborhood. The owner of the restaurant took our order and offered good suggestions. He raved about their Tiramisu and we wanted to try if for dessert.The starters we tried were well seasoned and flavorful. The pasta bowls come with breadsticks and is perfect for one. The bowls are not shareable but the flavors were excellent. Do try the tiramisu for dessert. It is highly recommended.Plenty of parking available in the strip mall. The restaurant offers beer, wines and cocktails with a full bar service.Pricing: Not an inexpensive restaurant but it's worth the money you pay.Will I return? : For sure!

We were here on the day they celebrated their 1 year anniversary. A neighbor clued us in that they were serving free apps for the occasion and that they had happy hour specials. Say no more - I'm in. I do hesitate to say what the free app spread was just b/c it probably won't happen for another year, but I'm not a gate keeper so the spread was pretty good. Kofta kebabs, sliders, a red sauce pasta, 2 kinds of bruschetta, homemade potato chips, italian sub sandwiches, and a couple other things I can't remember. The owner was there very involved in making sure everyone felt welcome to the celebration.We sat at the bar and had Chrissy as our server. She was a doll and very attentive. The HH specials were pretty good too for cocktails - there was a big list of them, I went for a cosmo, I forget the price - but maybe it was $6/per.Anyway we had a great time and will be back for HH!

Delicious pasta, wine and great service. We also ordered the mussels and the sauce was so good, I ate all the bread! :/ Staff was friendly and the manager was extremely welcoming.

This place was awesome. The service was top notch and some of the best you'll ever get. I believe the owner was the one seating and hosting anyone that came through the door. He was extremely polite and was out there serving guests, taking dirty plates, bringing entrees out, etc. really cool to see. The waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered the pink pasta and the creamy pesto. Both were so fresh and delicious. Atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. Yup: with their selection of local pasta options, there is quite a variety. You may need to google what the different noodles are or can ahead of time.

Love having Copper & Vine in the neighborhood. Everything I have tried has been great including the soups and salads. Their starters are always a win!

Came here for a work event and was pleasantly surprised. The wait staff were eager to help and made some good recommendations. Also the food was prepared and seasoned very well. Would definitely come here to eat again.

The food was very good and the waitstaff and manager were very attentive. I was surprised at the up scale cloth tablecloths and napkins.

Stood at the door waiting to be greeted, long time to get waiting on, sadly the food was not good. I have been there when they had great food, but night something was just off!
